A very disappointing start to our holiday. We were shocked by the dirty accomodation, the bed linen was left on from the last people who had hired the cottage, the towels were damp and the whole place was filthy. I have many pictures to show just how dirty the place is. We were misled by the holiday company and certainly did not get the luxury that was advertised. The customer service we received after was NOT good, very disappointed. Booked via www.self-catering-scotland.com
