Beware of Villa Elsa, Block A. Worst holiday I ever had and I have been going to Jesolo since I was about one year old. Flat was nice but next to a disco bar. Music was on till approx 4am and so loud even the double glazed windows could not block out the sound. We could never use the terrace because of the nerve-wrecking loud music, which would start early evening, could not sleep without ear-plugs and after coming back from the beach, we had to close all windows and shutters.
I had to take tranquillisers to be able to pull through. The agency did not help at all and denied me an alternative accommodation. Flat was paid upfront so there was nothing I could do.
I will never go back there. My summer was ruined.
