The all inclusive deal is a joke, you get the same meal everyday for lunch and dinner, and when you do complain about anything the staff just does not care. They are very rude, the manager is never available, they reach him on the phone if you are lucky.
The place is very dirty, there are cats and dogs in the food area. Their staff does not wear any hats or gloves when they prepare the food.
But the worst thing is the fact that they make you wait an average of 6 hours for a room if you are lucky, we waited 16!!!!.
Please do yourself a favour and do not go there.
