Kay Patterson, Owner: Mr and Mrs Kilroy stayed at The Ramleh in the height of the season when the hotel was full. The hotel bar is normally only open during the season and usually closes at 11pm. However there were 2 later nights that particular week due to requests by other guests. Although the noise levels were not excessive, Mr and Mrs Kilroy's room was directly above the bar. I spoke with them after the first occasion but they assured me they had not heard a thing!
The Ramleh is a family hotel situated in Scarborough's quieter North Bay and we offer a high standard of guest care. We are disappointed the Kilroys did not speak to us of their concern at the time as I am sure we could have rectified it. Unfortunately they chose to leave without a word.
