The Ramleh is in Scarborough's north bay area and has lovely views overlooking the sea and Scarborough castle. The owners are extremely friendly and always make sure your stay is a pleasant one. Breakfasts are cooked to perfection and definately fill you up for the day!. Rooms are cleaned daily and all have tea/coffee making facilities. My parent's room was small, but had amazing sea views. No complaints at all, I would definately recommend this B&B and will be going back.

My wife and I enjoyed a great holiday at the RAMLEH, the owners,Don and Kay,and their children, made sure that from arrival to departure , our week was thoroughly enjoyable.The room was comfortable and very clean, the meals were excellent every day and Don and Kay were very good company. We were so impressed that we booked a return visit for 2009 before we left.

hi stayed at hotel august 2008 food good very clean but if you like to sleep at night do not stop here bar open till 230am when i was there and a lot of noise under rooms and out side. the area around hotel is very nice with a park just down the road, and the sea to the front of hotel,with nice beach.some good shows on in scarborough.and awalk to south beach is very pleasant,you can have a look at where they film the royal tv series.
Mr and Mrs Kilroy stayed at The Ramleh in the height of the season when the hotel was full. The hotel bar is normally only open during the season and usually closes at 11pm. However there were 2 later nights that particular week due to requests by other guests. Although the noise levels were not excessive, Mr and Mrs Kilroy's room was directly above the bar. I spoke with them after the first occasion but they assured me they had not heard a thing! The Ramleh is a family hotel situated in Scarborough's quieter North Bay and we offer a high standard of guest care. We are disappointed the Kilroys did not speak to us of their concern at the time as I am sure we could have rectified it. Unfortunately they chose to leave without a word.

We have stayed in Scarborough on many occasions and this is without doubt the best. The hotel is clean and tidy and the food is top notch. The hosts Kay and Don are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Most room have sea views and it is about 10 minutes walk to the town cntre. I would highly recommend you stay here on your next visit to Scarborough.
