We have stayed in both Breakers and Beastleys and have enjoyed our stay at both premises. The owners are very friendly and everything is clean and tidy. The breakfast set up being served 9am - 3pm suited us brilliantly and we are staying again this year and looking forward to our stay. We think its great value for money.
Advice: yes, definately

We stayed at Breakers in Newquay but Beastleys is run by the same people.
The only good thing about this B & B was the location - 2 mins from everything.
Our lock was broken and despite a promise that it would be fixed the same day, the lock remained broken throuighout our stay.
The window was smashed which was dangerous and unsightly. The other window would not close leaving us cold all night and we were kept awake by drunken people walking home.
The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. It was really filthy. The room wasn't great either. Grimy.
In a 3 person room there is a bunk bed and what can only be described as half a bed. I'm 5 ft 6 and my feet were hanging off the edge.
Breakfast was served in a nearby pub. It was OK but expect lenghty waits during busy times. It took them over 1 hour to bring a breakfast bap and veggie full english one day.
Please never stay here if you value your sanity and health.

In short don't ever go to this place its c**p.
