Bella Rose Suite Hotel

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life! We booked a week All Inclusive - (what a joke!) at this hotel and ended up spending close to £250 eating out of the hotel becuase it was so bad! Although this hotel is sold as an all inclusive buffet hotel, you were not allowed to put food on your plate yourself- it was slopped on to your plate like you would do in prison! Our recent holiday in Alanya (2 adults and 2 children) was fantastic in every respect except one. Transfer went smoothly expecept the driver stopped 15 minutes from our hotel for us to "stock up" at a Rip Off joint where we were charged ten quid for 4 bottles of water and some sweets. Clearly designed to take advantage of our tiredness and the fact that we had not yet got used to using Lira. we paid all inclusive prices for two weeks at the bella rose hotel from 30 july to 13 august.we were very disappointed because there was no ice cream for the kids, only one choice of food that you had to queue up for and then have it slopped onto your plate.abit like being in prison we heard people saying.the food was turkish and we felt the food was leftovers from the previous meal.children were given chips if they asked for it but there was no puddings, only melon and grapes and no snacks and no entertainment.our room was big and we were... more

I have never written a hotel review before but felt that i had to warn people about the appauling standards at this hotel. Myself husband and 10 year old daughter spent two weeks all inclusive at the hotel for our main summer holiday. I was very worried when I saw the other reviews but I found them generally exaggerated. The food was very Turkish and if you want burgers and chips then this is not the place for you (although chips WERE available at lunch and dinner at no charge). The rooms were spacious and the A/C included. The bar was always open as described 10 'til 10.30 and the choice as promised was for local drinks. Myself and my boyfriend have just returned from 2 weeks in Bella Rose Suit Hotel. We are both in our early twenties and are really quite easy going so we weren't particularly worried about our accommodation. How naive! I'll go through out experience in sections - We went all inclusive (What a joke!) and paid over £600 each for our holiday. The food is the same every meal, bar never open cannot get drinks although we were fully inclusive, had to pay for all our meals out could not eat the hotel stuff, recomend this hotel is rubbish.

My wife and I left Gatwick at 9.15pm and arrived in turkey after 4 1/2 hours and was then waiting for another 1 1/2 hours before the transfer was arranged. We then had 120 kilometers to travel and this took a futher 3 hours with the other drops on the way. We finally arrived at the Hotel at 9am in time for Breakfast. Limited choice of food, vegeratrian only on 2 days out of 7. Same breakfast everyday of boiled egg, cold meat, plastic cheese and salads. Never any fresh milk for tea/coffee, when milk requested differing opinions of "no we don't supply it" to "I'll get some for you" depending on who asked. Constantly run out of alcohol. 3rd rate hotel. Lıttle things that annoy. Dirty tablecloths. No towels n the toilets. Seems to be run on a shoe string with minimum input possible. Pretending to be a hotel when more like a pansiyon standard. Ensuite rooms clean but door handles dodgy. Too near the main road. No activities whatsoever except the bar and swimming. Ran out of alcohol. Staff friendly. Re-cycled food. Watered down juices. Dont waste your money here. Wont come here again.
