Marina Barracuda Hotel

Look the place is a 3 star med hotel yes needs a revamp yes the drinks are a nightmare with only one per person at a time
we had a great time make the most of it food must better than most lots of variety and really good breakfasts
the sos life guard is a prat to be honest but he made us laugh telling everyone off all the time but most just ignoring him lol

Placed for four nights at hotel by easyjet during French Air Traffic Control strike Hotel very clean Plenty of food to choose from and dishes replenished regularly All staff good and Reception staff exceptionally good Noisy but to be expectedwith 'an all inclusive' holiday good bus serviceinto Palma and neighbouring resorts

hotel is in need of total refurbishment - out room had cracked floor tiles, mildew round bath/shower, mould on shower ceiling, holes in towels, only one plastic chair on balcony with tiny plastic table, terrible view. food was not too bad, staff in restaurant friendly. basically an ideal place to stay if you're a young fella on a stag do!! pool area not bad, but broken glass in pool so closed one day. nicest thing was beach nearby.

Robbed first day,pickpoceted in lift by Romanians.£700 gone within 7 mins of arriving in hotel, no security,but the next day as if by magic it appeared.Oh the hotel staff were sorry and they let me use the phone once.Towels changed twice in one week.Bedding once holes in sheets.Food is the same everyday and if not eaten oneday used the next.We ate out for 2 days and enjoyed it.If you go to this hotel go knowing you will become a vampire bat because it all happens from 22.00-07.00.This isnt in the hotel but in the town.When they arrive back the bats wrek their rooms and throw it out of the window.Due to the idiot element all you want to do in the day is sleep.Dont get me wrong i like a laugh just like anyone els but when a 17 and an 18 year old say enough is enough well you understand.To the point if you have no ambition and just want to be braindead,stop here. Hotel marina barracuda is Brilliant.The food is really nice and there is lots to choose from.all the staff are friendly and the entertainers are really funny.the entertainment is always worth watching and there is a mini disco for the kids.the daytime activities are fun and there is lots to do.the rooms are big and there is a nice view from the balconey.i would reccomend this hotel to families with children.

the hotel was very clean the food was very good, lots of variety and some yummy vegetarian options. the bar was very small and had a single file queing system which did move pretty quickly. the only complaint i have is with the other people that were there the men were extreamly vulger and in ur face, probably the freedom from their wives went to their head, we had a good laugh at the fools that managed to get blindo before lunch and one guy even had to be escorted by security back to his room n this was at like 10 am.
i would definatly go again, excellent value for money!!!

Wow, what an amazing, crazy holiday. There was 5 of us girlies that went all 16 and 17. The hotel was okay, but for what we paid was good i suppose. The food was a bit skanky, we had chips everyday. Don't know about breakfast, because we never got up for it ! Its a short walk to the beach, and the beach is LUSH. Its about a 10 minute walk to the 'strip' where all the clubs are and I defo recommend going to BCM,we had the best nights of our lives in there ! And Bomerang is good aswell. None of us had I.d, we soooooo didn't need it anyway, aslong as you look hot its fine, they basically drag you in to their clubs and give good offers with the drinks. We went in October halfterm for my birthday and it was amazing so god knows what it will be like at peak time. Gonna go on holiday in the summer, and magaluf is one of the top places to go. Not a family hotel ! Fairly clean and everyone if friendly...well pervy ! We might be back next year so watch out magaluf lol !!

just got back from majorca, the weather was awful but it was a pleasure to stop in this hotel as everything from the clenliness to the very friendly staff was excellent, as for the food it was brill i have been going abroad for 30 odd yrs and never had food to this standard in all that time,the management and all the workers there should be very proud of themselves, will return at sometime next year hopefully when weather is better,again thanks for a lovely stay

Before we went on our boys long weekend we checked various reviews on this hotel, and all in all it just seemed ok. After staying there all we can say is MAGIC anyone who slags this hotel off is either just aprofessional moaner or mad. We paid £90 for five days A/I The food was excellent with plenty of choice and the dinning room was spotless the rooms were clean and spacious even with 3 beds in them. The staff were great and helpful.
Bad points if you can call them.... Entertainment, But where do you get good entertainment in hotels in Spain. Its a 10 minute walk to the nightlife but so what theres plenty of sights and bars on the way and a taxi is only 3/4 euros. Thats it. Its more suited to Stags and hens but there was plenty of family's there. I have stayed in plenty of family hotels in Spain and there has been more noise than this one.
To sum it up, its GREAT call me and I'll glady tell you more. Cheers Will [--]
