This hotel is located middle of nowhere, even it advertises that it is located centrally. The hotel is clean and have very nice pool and own restaurant. The food is nice, but the menu is very limited and there are only two other restaurants on the beach in the same area.... more

good, but know what to expect
When my girlfriend and I were deciding to book our holiday at this hotel we were referred by the travel agent to the countless positive reviews on TripAdvisor. Although we had a great holiday and liked Turkey, the people, the food, the weather etc our experience at the Nilufer hotel left us and some fellow guests slightly disillusioned. On arrival we were all sat down by the manageress, Adviye, and informed that if we would like air-conditioning we would have to pay £3 per day for the luxury. Similarly a safety deposit box in reception... more
what a great hotel
We have just returned from the Sunny Garden Nilufer Hotel, we had a wonderful relaxing holiday in great surroundings with lovely people. The hotel staff are fantastic and by the end oft he fortnight we felt like one of the family. The food is good, great Turkish breakfasts.!!! The pool is fab and rooms are clean and spacious. Adviya was there to greet us at 5.ooam and was always on hand. The staff were great and really made the holiday special. We went to Turgetries a few times on the Dolmus, it costs less than a pound for door to... more
small but friendly hotel with great staff
Four of us stayed at sunny garden for a week at the beginning of August. We found that the hotel had a perfect location for a quiet relaxing break in the sun. The beach is a 5 min walk away and is very clean but at the weekend can be very busy. On the beach front their are 2or3 resturants which are open all day. For those looking for a wee bit more excitement then dolmuses run every 15mins into the main town of turgutreis which has many bars, shops and resturants. We went in there every night and found a great little resturant called can... more
Total Relaxation
We were looking for a last minute week-long break to escape from the misery of the British summer and found lots of other Brits en route for Bodrum area doing likewise. The booking with Goldtrail suggested we would be staying at a hotel with a similar name in Turgutries. We were surprised to find ourselves in a rural village (Kariancur) a few miles from that town. What a great and pleasant surprise it turned to be. Met by the manager who explained the facilities, local services, additional costs (air conditioning £3.5 per day, safe £1 per... more
Fantastic holiday location
We have just returned from the Sunny Garden Hotel this morning after spending a wonderful 2 weeks there. The hotel is clean, friendly, well run and the food is beautiful. The hotel is lovely and ideally situated (quiet but within easy reach of the beach, Akyarlar and Turgrutreis) The Hotel has its own Turkish Night which is great fun and well worth going to. For us though the highlight of our holiday was the staff. The Turkish people are very friendly generally but Ozzy, Happy, Errol, Senol and the rest fo the gang are really... more
fantastic, very chilled, wonderfull
had a fantastic time at the nilufer in june we wanted a very quiet relaxing time which we definatly got. if your looking to relax this is the place. the hotel is a good 15 minute bus journey into turgutreis but the bus comes every 20 mins at the hotel entrance. we are not really into the beach but if you are ? the beach is only 5 mins walk. the hotel was imaculate. if we needed anything it was there immediatly. the staff were great(happy, ozzie and erroll) and ozzie looks great as a women as we found out when he dressed... more
Fantastic Hotel - Puts most 4 and 5 Star Hotels to shame
What a lovely Hotel with great food, great staff and lovely spacious rooms. Lots of things to do and very close to busier towns if you want the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended for a lovely relaxing holiday. Kenneth & James, Edinburgh
Superb relaxing hotel with very friendly staff adn beautiful views
Stress free hotel with superior pool and very beautiful surroundings within a few minutes walk. Very clean rooms, great turkish breakfast of cheese, bread, tomatoe, cucumber, turkish tea, jam, honey, choc spread. Relxed by the pool for most days, went to the excellent beach several times ( only 5 mins walk across a village road), eat atthe restaurant on the beah three times and at hotl 4 times, both experiences excellent. All staff speak excellent english and very friendly. The best bit is the dolomar bus stops outside... more
Wonderful place!
My girlfriend and I returned from a great week at the Sunny Garden Hotel just yesterday, and are keen to relay our wonderful experience and to encourage anybody planning a trip to Turkey to look no further!! This lovely hotel was full of many wonderful surprises; from the rooms, which were like small apartments, to the food, which was full of variety and great flavour. The staff here were very welcoming straight away and quickly became friends rather than staff. Adviye, the manageress, was a perfect host and was on hand with any information... more
Nice & friendly
Sunny garden nilufer hotel in Turgutreis area. I've just returned from a week in staying in the above hotel. Although it's slightly out of town, the hotel is lovely and the staff are very friendly, I will be going back next year.
