just came back from this hotel had stayed ther2 from the 2nd to the 9th sept 1 every time you used sink in bathroom it flooded the floor 2 when using the shower the water would not drain out of foot basin 3 towels not changed all week even though we asked several times... more

Other than the bread & the occassional boiled egg breakfast was poor.
Pool was shut 3 days out of the 7 & we were there as it turned green.
Bedding changed once towels twice & shower was poor.
Would not book this hotel again.

do not waste your money!!! arrived on 9th should have been on 8th but to our surprise room wasnt ready had to wait another 2hrs after traveling. we were told to have breakfast, after looking thro dirty cups and knives and forks we decidecd to have bread! we paid for... more

Please do not use this hotel Points has follows....... You will be sorrrrrrrrrrrrrry 1.. Dirty rooms only cleaned twice on our stay/Dirty bedding 2..£30 for air con per room a rip off you only get 3/4 days it gets turned off. Fact 3..House keeper and helper are theives,... more

We stayed at the Duman from the 1st sep- 8th! The hotel was awful! so dirty with bathrooms flooded with dodgy plumbing. we had loads of problems with the air con (spitting out water all over the electrical plugs, all night keeping us awake) when we complained the staff... more
