Apartment - We stayed for 2 weeks in a studio apartment, 7th floor in the Main tower (eek).Fantastic view of the mountains, and a glimpse of the sea. On arrival we had a bottle of water, wine and a fruit bowl. The apartment itself was large, plenty of room for 3 people.... more

2 of us stayed for a week the apartment was clean & spacious.
The site is also clean and not overcrowded with plenty of Sunbeds (yes really no kidding!!)
Situated in a quiet corner a 5 minute stroll from all the nightlife.
Would go back sometime

Beautiful place cant wait to go again

This was our first familly holiday in ten years,we are a familly with children 6,9,and 13 years old. The apartments were immaculate,spacious and well equiped. Staff were very pleasant,and helpfull we were booked in within 15 mins,there isnt alot of activity around but the beaches are clean and not overcrowded. The restaurants serve great varietys of good value familly meals,and there are plenty of shops around. I am a very fussy woman but i can honestly say santiago was fantastic i will be going back xxxxx more

Myself and my partner booked this hotel after the reviews seen on here and I can say we were not disappointed. From check-in to check-out the staff were kind and informative. We booked the Studio apartment which was perfectly formed and had the most amazing sea views. The apartment was small but catered for all that we needed. The rooms were clean and tidy and had everything we required. The 1 minute stroll to the beach was heaven and there were plenty of shops, restaurant and bars nearby. Just come back from Easter in Tenerife. Our 15th visit to the island and the third time at Parque Santiago. Stayed in a fantastic 1 bed duplex apartment (1226) at PS4 rented through Jean Bolton (Owners Direct C1905). Apartment was spotless with good facilities, wonderful sea views and was very quiet. Our 5 year old daughter had a great time at the rock pools in the morning catching fish, star fish and sea urchins as well as watching the surfers. The pool area at PS4 is huge and set in lovely grounds with a small park for young people.... more

Just returned from a weeks stay with my partner and son age 4 at the Parque santiago 4 apartments. What a great location right next to the beach. We booked a one bedroom apartment but got a bonus of a two bedroom instead! The rooms got cleaned every day. No air conditioning but not needed as the rooms were kept cool by the wooden shutters and glass patio doors, so very secure aswell . We have just come back from a lovely week,it was a private ground floor villa with a large patio with enough room for us 3 adults,we then only had to open our gate and the pool was there.As usual the weather was in the middle 70s which was right for walking into Los Christiano's, a nice stroll on promenade with plenty of cafes/bar's on the way.The cafe on site did a lovely breakfast as you can see by the pic's.It was 25 Euros for taxi from the airport which we thought was not to bad,it saves going round dropping off at other hotels on the... more

My grandparents booked the Parque Santiago having stayed there before. On the second week of the holiday my grandfather became very ill. The staff at the Parque Santiago 4 where absolutely fantastic and called a doctor and ambulance for him. They helped my grandmother with her stay and when some family members arrived for support, the staff and hotel could not do enough to assist. The hotel had already assigned a 2-bedroomed apartment to my grandparents which was huge and extremely clean. There were no problems with family members... more

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Parque Santiago 4 in Tenerife in December 2008, we booked through a private owner Mrs Bolton on www.tenerifeholidayapartmentsonline.net. She met us at the airport and took us straight to the apartment which we found very clean and well maintained. It was spacious with lovely sea views from balcony. The resort was excellent, heated pool, and great location. We looked at the studio and 2 bedroom apartment she has and would recommend all of them. We have booked to go again. more

I loved this accomodation I went with my Partner I would definately go their again without a doubt. The staff are so friendly and the rooms are so clean. I would definately recommend it for young and Old and people with children. Its worth every penny to go to this Santiago IV one of the best ones. more

I just returned from Parque Santiago IV Tenerife, the hotel itself is in a good location nice and peacefull and yet near to everything you need. We had a two bedroomed apartment and it was very confortable and we had lots of space with a great terrace, the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Any small problems were dealt with as soon as reported and without any fuss. I did not like the resort itself very much, to much hussle and bussle for us, but again it was clean and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. more

- The main stretch is quite pricey, but if you walk along the beach to the next beach (about 10 mins or so) the price falls dramatically! We were both students and we had over 200 euros left on our last day so we went mad and bought lots of presents. - by Budgie
