Absolute luxury for a great price. Breathtaking.

This hotel/apartment is absolutely wonderful. It feels extremely luxurious and it has the facilities and views to go with it. The photographs do not lie!
Me and my boyfriend booked the Parque Santiago 4 for our first ever holiday abroad together and for us it was perfect. The reception was open 24/7 and there was always someone about if we needed any help. The pool facilities were great and there was plenty of loungers and umbrellas for all. We also used the other pools at the other Parque Santiagos (which are all along the same road and impossible not to spot - they're huge!) We both agreed the Parque Santiago 4 was the nicest! It is located on the same street but for some reason seemed quieter and more spacious, although I am sure the other Parque Santiagos were as nice as ours too.
We didn't eat at the pool bar very often, simply because we liked to explore the surroundings and ended up eating out every day. The most we had were some toasties and ice cream from there on our first day, which I had no complaints about.
We didn't have any problems at all with noisy neighbours. Every day I woke up and fell asleep to the sound of waves lapping at the shore just outside the hotel.
Our studio was just perfect for what we could afford. It was clean, bright and a good size for two people. We also had a digital telly with freeview channels which my boyfriend was very pleased about as the football was on!
As well as this, when we first arrived at our room a welcome basket was left for us with some fruit, wine and water which was a very nice touch. We arrived at 12.30 at night and were very tired and hungry from our travels - it was just what we needed. The wine was drank later on in the week - we took it down to the beach outside the apartment and drank it whilst watching the sunset (this can be seen perfectly from the Parque Santiago 4!).
Me and my boyfriend were both students at the time and had a budget. We ate out comfortably every day and night.
I would definitely go back here. I'm just worried I won't ever be able to top this holiday.

Good Hotel, Good Holiday - Noisy nights though!

Apartment - We stayed for 2 weeks in a studio apartment, 7th floor in the Main tower (eek).Fantastic view of the mountains, and a glimpse of the sea. On arrival we had a bottle of water, wine and a fruit bowl. The apartment itself was large, plenty of room for 3 people. Very clean, maids in every day. The kitchenette is fine for doing bacon and eggs, but only has 2 rings and nowhere to put anything, so a bit difficult if you wanted to cook a proper meal. Staff were lovely, our toaster broke, and within 5 minutes of notifying them, we had a new one delivered to our door. Negative Points - our room faced the street and their was constant noise throughout the night, delivery trucks, dustbin lorries, coaches, people in addition to this there was roadworks going on across the road from 8:00 am and the one of the lifts that serviced our floor was out of action, and that was also having major work carried out on a daily basis. The room was quite cold. We had a storm one day, and the rain was pouring down the centre of the tower, and the wind was howling! The balcony couldn't really be used because it had no sun on it and was very cold on that side of the tower.

Pool - The pool area was spotless. One pool is climatised to around 25 degrees, so warm enough to have a dip even on a cloudy day at sunset. Plenty of loungers. No children! Think they all stayed at Parque Santiago 5 as they have a childrens play area. So perfect for adults. Pool bar a bit pricy (Beer 3.95 euro, Full English 5.50 Euro, a lot cheaper 10 minute walk away 1.50 Euro for a beer and 2.99 Euro for a full english).
Location - The beach 150m away was rocky, and only used by surfers, however there was a lovely sandy beach about 500m away. The hotel is in the commercial part of Las Americas, if you want to shop for camera's, watches, shoes then this is the place to go. Also Parque Santiago seem to own half the street and the prices reflect this, a beer in the restaurant (La Trattoria) across the road was 3.95 Euro's for a small one, but if you walk 10 minutes in the direction of the strip, then you can get a 3 course meal for under 8 Euro's and a large Beer for 2 Euro's. If you want something a little more traditional then stay in Los Cristianos. The beach there is massive and the water clear and you don't get ripped off!

The site is also clean and not overcrowded with plenty of Sunbeds (yes really no kidding!!)
Situated in a quiet corner a 5 minute stroll from all the nightlife.

We have just returned from our second holiday at Parque Santiago IV. We went last year in October half term and our seven and eight year old loved it. This year we went out of term time and it was even better! We took my mum and had to book two small apartments as the travel agent didn't have access to the larger ones. On arrival the lovely receptionist gave us one huge top floor apartment which was fantastic, panoramic views of the sea, mount tiede and the two pools, the patio wrapped around the whole apartment and the kids could have riden their bikes around it (if so inclined!) The apartment was faultless, clean, maid service every day, constant clean towels and sheets, full cooker, fridge and freezer if you want to cook. We had a basket of fruit and two bottles of wine delivered to us, although I think this was because of the size of the apartment as last year we had a small apartment and no deliveries!
The children loved the pool and could hop over to the water slides and play area in Parque Santiago III next door. I would always stay in IV rather than III, it was more peaceful. The complex is clean, well designed, full of flowers and cacti, the pool is salt water and warm and even on a cloudy day was a nice temperature, the water was crystal clear, they were always cleaning it.
I prefered going during term time as it was much quieter and you had your pick of sunbeds by the pool at any time of day whereas during school holidays they are reserved by 6.00am! not a problem as there are plenty unless you have non-swimming children and need to be near the pool.
The location is perfect, lots of top shops, loads of restaurants, great atmosphere, especially at night when the fountain is working and masses of fairy lights and glitz. Mini golf is fun for the kids (£4 per child) Based inbetween Los Christianos and Adeje both are easy to walk to, about an hour's easy, flat walk alongside the beach, we took my mum and both she and the children walked for miles, there are lots of places to stop for a drink and ice cream.
Airport is about 20 minutes away, we went with Thompson/First Choice and had a smooth holiday. Definately a great choice for some Winter sun for both families and couples

I have just returned from Park Santiago IV and had a wonderful time. I went with my boyfriend, our 9 month old baby, my mum, brother, two friends and their son we found this hotel and resort just fantastic. The apartments are fairly basic but very clean andf comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The pool area is beautifully kept with plenty of sunbeds and parasols although the pools were cold (even the heated pool was a little too cold for us and our baby) and there is a little park for small children. We would not recommend eating at the pool bar/cafe as it was poor quality and expensive.
This is the fourth time I have stayed in Las Americas (each time in different apartments/hotels) and this is by far the best location of the lot. It's in the more up market part of Las Americas, yet only a ten minute walk to the lively bars such as Yates and Linnakers. There are lots of lovely restaurants very close by, we particularly enjoyed the ones at the Safari Centre (just accross the road) called Tepanyaki (Japanese, Chinese and Thai) and Bianco (Italian) these restaurants are very classy and expensive looking but actually very reasonably priced the food was brilliant and the service first class. Our favorite meal was at the quite swanky chinese Khong Tsha (under Parque Santiago 3) which was a little bit pricey but really worth it.
The hotel was fairly quiet, there were always plenty of people about but you rarely heard any noise. I would highly recommend these apartments to families and couples but not for young groups wanting to party!
We went to Siam Park the new water theme park which is absolutely fantastic its like being on a rollercoaster in a rubber ring on water and such good fun.
