Nite mare Hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Exactly as described from the other comments.!!!!
We were the only English in the whole hotel. Full of ignorant, greedy Russians. This was our first visit to Turkey and we were looking forward to a nice relaxing week.
No room for us when we arrived at 4am. Had to wait for over an hour. Seemed like we were being completely ignored. After a bit of a battle (the 1st of many) we eventually were given our room. Myself, husband and 2 daughters aged 14 & 11 arrived to find the smallest room we have ever seen in our lives. 3 single beds pushed together and a cot!!!! Went back down to reception to explain that our daughter who is 11 cannot sleep in cot........... Banging our heads against the wall trying to get it through to them. Eventually we were able to speak to the 'Manager' who arranged for a different room with bunks. We waited will 12 oclock then went back. They said (i think) our room was ready and then took us to the same room. The cot was gone and another single bed squashed in. We were like the waltons for a week -all in row. ...............Unbelievable. We decided to just get on with it as we had no rep to complain to - we had booked over the internet ourselves.
The food was only just bearable but if you liked to eat early i would advise to wait until all the fat greedy ones had filled theirselves up. It was like feeding time at the zoo.
The only good thing about the hotel was the location on the beach. Although it was very cobbly it was really nice. It was also a rest from the noisy pool area with kids diving off the top of the slide. Accident just waiting to happen. Kids loved the waterslide. It comes on for a few hours in the morning and again a bit later on.
The drinks were not kept in coolers but just bottled drinks on the bench so were warm. They were really stingy with the ice as well. You had to ask to put more in every time.
THIS HOTEL IS NO WHERE NEAR 5 STAR - MORE LIKE 2 STAR. PLEASE BEWARE!
We paid £456 each for this holiday which wasnt cheap and would warn anyone thinking of booking this holiday - think again. It is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in! Although we DiD have a good holiday. We just made the most of it and the weather was lovely. We were travelling to a wedding in Sorrento the following week so thats what kept us going. Sorrento - by the way-Fantastic!!!!

The worst holiday we have ever had! The hotel staff were rude and verbally abusive, they hardly spoke English. This is not a five star hotel! We struggled to get hold of an English travel rep to complain and then nothing was done. The food was inedible. Please do not go to this hotel (Concordia Celes, Turkey) or use this travel agent (Travel Club, teletext) - we felt we were conned!

this hotel is no where near a 5* hotel, in fact it would struggle for a 3. we were totaly dissapointed in this hotel, the hygene, service, and general attitude was appalling, there is a distinct smell of vomit, in the main bar and reception area that does not go away, the staff litrally slammed, your drinks down at you, and cursed away in turkish, very rude!. the food was ok, if you could get a seat in the restraunt, before it went cold, the beach is a pebble beach all of the other hotels have a pier, but this one does not, it is out of the way, no bars to walk to or restraunts, there was a leaking pipe in our barhroom that soaked the floor every night, no plug for the bath, the t.v. or the fridge did not work, we gave up asking at reception because there was only 1 english speaking person, and they were not in all the time!, there was 8 familys from england, and all the 900 rooms were filled with russian and german familys, would i recommend this hotel, not to my worst enemy!
