" Gasthof Klara "

Gasthof Klara is pretty moderate. There is no lift and on departure no help was given in getting luggage from the second floor, for people who needed it. Dinner was moderate to average and breakfast did not include "cooked breakfast to order", which was stated in the holiday brochure. Dinner waiting staff were pleasant and co-operative, but the breakfast waitress was surly and indifferent.
I would certainly go to Pertisau again but not to Gasthof Klara.

Advice: A wonderful holiday destination for boats, train, cable car and walking. The scenery is magnificent.

Activities: Sightseeing: a wonderful view every time you turn your head.

" We are just back from a two week... "

We are just back from a two week holiday staying at Pension Klara, in Pertisau, and wanted to let other holiday makers know that it is well worth staying there. The hotel was very comfortable, in a simple and rustic style, with excellent home cooked, local dishes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the rapport we had with them helped make the holiday even more special. Although it is only billed as a 2 star hotel, unlike other hotels in the village, it gives guests a feel of true Tirolean living.

Stephen, our Inghams rep, deserves a mention. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was always willing to help.

The area itself was wonderful, with beautiful scenery, and Pertisau is an ideal base for those interested in walking, interested in wildlife, or just relaxing.
