Corali Studios/Portabello Apartments

I loved staying in the corali studios as all the staff are very friendly, in fact, everyone in Elounda was very nice and polite. The apartments were kept clean, the pool was spotless, the garden was beautifully kept. 5 stars definetely! I loved every bit about them and they made my holiday even more enjoyable!

This the fourth time we have stayed at the Corali in 6 years and it has improved ever year and now includes air con (included in the price) a lovely new pool and bar area .It is owned and run by the Bellou family who live on site and the apartments pool and gardens are immaculately maintained..The apartments are situated just over the road ( be carefull with small children) from the beach with deck chairs etc small pier and some watersports.Tavernas and a small shop are situated within 25 metres and then all the way to the harbour but is quite quiet as the nearest tavernas are usually closed by midnight (allthough later nearer the square )and Elounda is not an 18-30 type of destination.Due to the popularity of the Corali and the neighbouring Portabello apts bookings can only be made direct and not through a travel agent. We would certainly stay here again it is in an ideal situation fairly quiet but not dead, clean and friendly without being in your face plus we have never had a bug ,mozi etc in our room ask Yannis about his secret formula.
