well our holiday site was took over by park resorts 2 yr ago , since then we had nothing but trouble, the staff have there own vendeeta on the kids, when we try to talk to gm, he tells us to go away, then he get his complex manager to ban kids they dont like, no reason given or warning??? we tryed to talk to haedoffice hemel they just laugh, so i ask for a manager director name to contact, again they refuse, but they will want the 2500 ground rent, or chuck us of but we cant use the complex due to staff not likeing kids??? even staff that are nice have backed us up they even get sacked , or ignored, any sugestions, they are getting people to buy there caravan with faluse promises
