very nice guest house, two mins walk from the town centre. the rooms are nicely decorated and spotlessly clean, the owners are very friendly and helpful pointing out the best places to visit and eat. the breakfast was ok, would visit again. oban is a great base lots of places of interest to visit and you have the opportunity to visit the islands by ferry which run daily. there are also lots of good places to eat to suit all budgets
