Where to begin with the dreadfulness of this place?? The entire outside of the building (in a terrace of red-brick Victorian houses) is painted black. I think the owner believes this gives it a 'boutique' feel!
The room was a dump - roughly sawn wood and bare plasterboard, mixed with high-camp tat all overlayed with a thick coating of dust. We wrote 'Dust me' on the slats of the Venetian blinds. The shower didn't drain away so I went and informed the owner who poutily told me "that's because it was installed by cowboys" - as though that was an explanation. The mattress had a large spring sticking up in the middle. The general decor is nightmarish.
Breakfast was hilarious - beyond Fawlty Towers. We were told that breakfast finished at 10.30a.m. and not to come down at 10.29 a.m. (fair enough). We sat down at 10.00 a.m. and had what their advertising described as "probably the best breakfast in Blackpool". Oh no it isn't. One - yes ONE mushroom!, one cheap sausage ugh. You have to make your own toast and I asked for some butter. The owner looked at his watch (it was 10.17 a.m.) and squealed "we don't take orders after 10.15". The guests were then all shouted at because there was some muesli on the floor "Who spilt the muesli? Who spilt the muesli?" he ranted. The owner touched up my partner's bottom on the way out of the dining room.
The name 'Hotel 365' suggests it might be open all year round. We stayed in November. We went into the bar and ordered a beer but we were told that the cellar was now closed as they were closing that week until the following February!
One plus point - the owner's boyfriend was very polite and appeared to be doing all the work but there was far too much for one person to do.
Overall, utterly dreadful. Do not stay there under any circumstances.

We booked this hotel on a recommendation from another fully booked hotel - after checking the place out on line it looked fantastic. we read some other reviews which weren’t brilliant and specially one where a couple had turned up for their room but due to them not confirming there booking their room had been let out. we decided to ring the week before to make sure everything was ok. But the response we got over the phone wasn’t great - he couldn’t even find our booking and then blamed us for his error, he finally confirmed our rooms and advised us that there will be parking available. on arrival 8/8/09 the so called parking ending costing us £7. We had to park in the football grounds car park 10 mins away. We arrived at the hotel to find it all locked up and the owner turned up a few mins later. He decided to deal with another couple who had turned up after us before us and left us waiting in the so called bar area. They took our money then gave us our keys. At this point we were quite excited as the rooms on the web looked great. We stayed in rooms 9 & 10 just at the top of the first flight of stairs. When he opened the door leading to our rooms we were greeted with bare plasterboard. Room 9 list of tragedies’ - hardly any room to swing a cat let alone accommodate 2 adults. no electric - but this was sorted after we had to go and get the owner - no hot water in the sink, no digital tv. and a lovely curtain to give u some privacy whilst your showering from the other person in your bedroom. Room 10 - has the smallest shower room in creation - the toilet was broken - which i was shown how to flush the toilet by putting my hand in the cistern and pulling a red thing - they blamed it on a group of lads who had stayed the night before. Wires hanging out near the mirror supposedly for a shaving plug. the window was cracked with a nice patch of damp underneath, We had a tv and digital box but no Ariel so couldn’t’ even watch it. the room hadn’t even been hovered as the was rubbish under the bed. The owners even went into or room when we left to go shopping for the afternoon - as we had left the net curtain to one side to allow some fresh air in and when we got back they had put it back - i think this is a real cheek. if you want a shower please do check with the people in room 9 or 10 to make sure they are not using it as you can only use shower at a time- what a joke we had order the vip wrist band form the owner who had made it clear to us that he doesn’t make any money on these and it will save us £10 if we wanted to go to club sanuk. he took the money for these and said they would be ready for when the bar opened at 7pm. we went down to the bar at 7.30 and we were faced with the door closed - upon going into the bar the owner told us the bar was closed as he had a private party - 3 of his friends were in there drinking - we said we only wanted the wristbands - which he had totally forgot to order and we had to wait another 20 mins for them to turn up. the owner disappeared and left the bar tender to deal with us and the delivery of our wrist bands. which from what we can gather he made £5 on. oh and the wrist back doesn’t get you into club sanuk. To top our special night away - one thing we were looking forward to was the breakfast. A full English was offered. but when this consist of uncooked blackpudding and egg, 1 sausage, 1 slice of bacon and some mushrooms, no hash browns. you even have your own toaster on your table to do it yourself. i would recommend the cafe round the corner.

hmm well where do i start????
when we booked the hotel the guy on the phone was lovely he promised us 2 superior rooms and it sounded great however upon check in things were very different,
when we arrived we collected our keys from the bar area and were shown to our rooms the room were clean but unbelievable, where do i start.................
the rooms were on its own private corridor there was a picture on wall very scary 2 be honest my friend knocked it slightly and a condom fell out from behind it (sealed) :(
the two rooms were so different,
the first room, went in no electric at first and u couldnt swing a cat. 2 steps in and you hit the side of the bed the bottom of the bed pretty much touch the far wall where u were meant to walk through the gap 2 get in to the bathroom, shower was ok however u cant shower at the same time as the ppl next door, the bathroom window u could see straight through directly into the other hotel oh and no door on the bathroom u have a curtain
the second room had nothing on the door into bathroom, toilet didnt flush without havig to flush in from inside the tank, main bedroom had damp on wall and no telly ariel. there was wires hanging out of the wall aparently all safe and were for razors when they get fitted however another review from 12 month ago said the same
we went into the bar for a drink and the prices were good though u wouldnt want 2 stay 4 long we were told also that after 12 he locks all doors turns the bell off and all phones get diverted so although he is on the premises u cant get in touch (hmm health and safety ithink there)
breakfast was served 9 till 10 although u get woke up at 6 if nt earlier by seagulls so we sat nearly 3 hours waiting for breakfast, the breakfast room was down in cellar and very odd the breakfast came a full breakfast he said well u gt 1 bacon 1 sausage egg few beans mushrooms and black pudding, the toasters were dotted round the room and u gt a cup of t and only 1,
i know u may thing i have gone on but i strongly advise u not to go and stay here however the location was easy to find and there was plenty of other nice hotels along this road

Dont stay here!!! When i booked the hotel via the internet all the photos looked great however the reality was far from it. From the moment i walked in it all seemed tacky, There was a big bowl of condoms, everything was half finished, there was wires hanging out of walls and ceilings. The paint was peeling all over the place, as for the rooms the so called luxery bedrooms where a health and safety nightmare, The beds had obviously been slept in before, the room had not been cleaned down properly, and dont get me started on the pubic hair in the shower.
I cant believe in this day and age properties like this are aloud to trade. I will be contacting the relavent authorities.

The people were really nice! Was very impressed when we arrived to find that they had upgraded both of our rooms to Kingsize! The modern rooms were very big and comfortable
the hotel was clean throughout! Very helpful getting us a taxi into town! The prices in the bar are very reasonable, the full english breakfast was to die for and set us up for the day on the pleasure beach! Great night sleep as just off the main road! Would highly reccomend it to anyone!
