The chalet was horrible. We had no hot water for the majority of the holiday (when you are skiing in -12 degrees you need to shower or bath!!). The baths with a step in side were our showers for the week which we all nearly broke our necks!! The chalet had no locks in internal doors (two other chalets in building) And our first floor chalet had outside access from the balcony and this door didn't have a lock on it either!!
I have emailed Ski World and they took nearly a month to get back to me! Didn't really say sorry but they did admit that they can't guarantee hot water in any of their chalets - for ski company this is terrible. Also they don't guarantee locks on their doors - this automatically makes any insurance policy void! Beware!
After lengthy emails they have given me a small refund - i'm never using Ski World again! After sales care is terrible!

We recently stayed at Les Martins with Skiworld (25/02/2012) and did so with some trepidation after reading the previous review. What a revelation! Apart from the location (It's not ski-in unless conditions are exceptionally good), the chalet was excellent, plenty of hot water, superb food and fantastic chalet hosts. Rooms were adequate and some were quite spacious. We had our own nicely furnished lounge for relaxing in at night (but no TV) and all doors were lockable with a coded security access door. Only downside was the couple of minutes walk to and from the nearest lifts. Not an ideal place for beginners unless they don't mind a five minute slightly uphill walk at the start of the day.
