Staff are very friendly always willing to please, Bedding changed on a regular basis, towels fresh every day. rooms are basic but all thats required for a holiday, if you want luxury you need to pay for it. Very close to beach,shops and bars. The only Downside to this Hotel... more

serin hotel in marmaris was brill, our room was very clean and bedding was changed every second day and we had clean towels every day :) the bar staff ali and ozzy and sayon? were brill made me laugh had a banter. the food was bril the bbq was the best chicken kebab... more

We found te serin hotel very good. rooms were clean staff were very friendly and the cleaner done there job very well.
The location of the hotel was brilliant, two min from beech,food was ok
but we all loved this hotel so much were going back next year

we stayed at the serin hotel in may 2010,we were dropped off the coach on the main road and had 2 carry our cases about 50 metres down a dirt track to get to the reception,there was a few elderly couples travelling with us and there was no help for them, we got to our room... more

i have been going to the serin for 6 years now. an d i cant fault the place. the whole holiday is amazin. the person underneath, is obviously just a natural moaner. baisically you get what you pay for. and i wouldnt fault this place. i love it.

Just got back from the hotel serin, really enjoyed my stay here the staff was very friendly, very clean and in a beltin position right on the beach front near all the bars and clubs which wer very gud for me and my mates. the downfall of the hotel was the all inclusive basis the food was crap, hardly ever eat in and you was limited to what you drank vodka, raki, gin and whisky! but all in all it was a really good holiday, and very gud for young ones like myself as it is near everyfin! luvd it xxxxx becka xxxxx

My wife and I stayed in the Serin Hotel for 2 weeks all inclusive, for what we paid the value was excellent. At the end of the day if you want al acarte menu then you pay al acarte prices. We found the food to be of an average selection, some of the daily menus were to say the least interesting. However, some days it was excellent and you could have seconds or even thirds, they never ran out. If you didn't want to eat in the hotel there is always the local restraunts. All of them with in 300yds of the hotel serving all day English... more

we stayed at the serin for three weeks may/june,ok the food was not always good but you would not starve, the hotel is very clean and the staff are great even sami the under manager was pleasant and always found time for a chat, the staff work very long hours and some of the guests don"t seem to appreciate the fact. for the money it was a cracking holiday we went as four friends in two twin rooms which were always clean and the air conditioning which was free was amazing esp for late lunch heat. one of my friends is the pickyist eater in the world and although there was little choice you could go back up for 2nds 3rds. we especially enjoyed the bland soup. looked different every day but tasted the same. breakfast was always the same and limited which we got bored of as we was here for 2 weeks. but there is so much choice of outside eating we went... more

Went from the 7th October till the 21st with my Husband,2 kid's and grand parent's. Enjoyed our stay, but their food did let them down wasn't much variation and it was the same pudding's every night and they wern't that exciting, also there all inclusive bar shut at 11pm every night after that you had to pay. The Hotel it's self was very basic but kept very clean, kid's had a great time but no kid's club and we had entertainment once a week. Not the best from taramarie
Stayed at the Serin in June this year, All Inclusive, supposedly. Food very drab and repetitive. Ate out most nights. Not good value for money considering i have been visiting Marmaris since 1999.

my family and i stayed in this hotel in both 2003 and 2004, our first year there we thought the hotel was basic but all we needed and the maid service was brilliant. In 2004 when we stayed at the hotel we did find that the hotel had become shabby and needed a good decorating but once again the maid service was A1. We never had a problem with the staff and always found most of them polite and helpful and the staff didnt have any problems with my young son splashing in the pool and running about the grounds. My partner and i with friends booked through holidays 4 U last year and found it a fantastic hotel, all the staff were great, barmen and pool bar satff could not do enough for you, we all felt very lucky as we settled into our saty. The hotel was very clean and even the daily visits from the cleaners left surprises as they left scatterings of flower petals and hearts on our bed. however!!! last year the hotel was B+B so it was ideal. I stayed at the serin hotel in auguast 2005,with my family we paid for an allinclusive holiday and it was the worse holiday weve ever been on. we had to eat out every night because the food was terrible and the children wouldnt even try it.All icecreams and lollices we had to pay for,the staff were very rude towards us the children were always getin told to be quiet even though we were situated on the main drag and the music played till 4 in the mornin ever night.I wouldnt advise anybody to stay at this hotel.
