We stayed for two nights. Great location to walk to all the sites of Blackpool. Breakfast was great as well.

our stay was very welcoming, & very friendly people easy to get on with. a superb breakfast, a nice location quite central to everything, a 5 minute walk from the sea front. Clean En-suites & rooms Overall A wonderful stay and we will be returning in the near future.

I booked this then came across the reviews below, which put me on a panic. Now I must say i'm pleased I dint cancel and mess around to find some where else. OK Its not the Hilton but its nice and clean, well priced with friendly and helpful staff and The breakfast was great... more

Very helpful and friendly landlord. Very nice room, particularly for such a good price. late breakfast with cereals and full english. late check-out. not on the sea front but very close.

Me and 16 others stayed in this hotel for a two night hen weekend, Great hotel, good accommodation and service the owner was friendly and polite and willing to help with any problems, will be staying again.

Thay made us feel welcome from the minute we walked through the door wat can i say there from the midlands so there crazy made us laugh all weekend the food was great the room cosy and if you get lock out ya room just call chris and he wont mind opening the door at 4 in the... more

This B&B is wonderful. Chris is great. Very clean, very friendly.......I will most definitly go back there on our next trip to England. I have already given thier name to several of my relatives!
