Wateredge Inn

stayed at the wateredge inn this aprill for 3 nights and loved every minute of it, the hotel,staff,location was everything we was looking for. we stayed for my girlfriends birthday and everything was perfect. the room was spotless and comfy with fantastic lake veiws over windemere. the hotel itself is only a 5 minute walk to ambleside centre. there is nothing and i mean nothing to complain about with this hotel it was perfect. we are going back in september and definatley staying here. i would advise people to book direct with the hotel for better deals throughout the year. oh and ask for the spacious en suite room 27... also the bar area is great to sit in after a days walking big open fires and comfy leather seats
