Most I like is staff, we only stayed there for couple of days. Nothing was extra ordernary, it is just a normal hotel like others, but only good thing was staff.
Breakfast in the morning was good, it was served traditionally which lot of hotels don't do, as we been to Hilton and there was self service, we thought it was nice touch when they actually served breakfast to us. We felt well touched.

It was very good location. Good food, great staff members.
Hotel itself needs bit of money spend, but it seems that new owners are changing things slowly.
I was pleased with service aspect. Room I was in had a beautiful sea view. Nice place to spend weekend.
Only thing I didn't like was that they don't do soya milk in breakfast. It was partly my fault that I didn't mentioned at the time of making booking and we arrive on Saturday very late.

This hotel is very tired looking and the rooms are very small. The staff did not help 3 elderly women with their bags. The lift is the old pull across metal door type so if it is left open on one of the upper floor you will be waiting forever. So not a good hotel for people who find it hard to get about. Could not seem to take credit cards. Good points close to centre of Blackpool not much more
