Holiday was great, hotel located almost right on the beach, plenty of beds available once on the beach, food very good (could do with more seafood), staff EXCELLENT, very good service, boys are really polite and always smiling! Plenty to do in the hotel, excellent diving center, busses to Nama Bay, short distance to old town and el marcato and the best thing is you can haggle for the price of taxi!!! How great is that! Would go again.

New Tower hotel is a great hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were large and has a nice balcony with a lovely view of the Red Sea and the swimming pool. The private beach is excellent and there was always a sunbed available.
The meals were very good and of high quality. There was a variety every night and the barbecue was delicious!
Overall it was a good holiday and a very realxing one too.
However, I will not book with Olympics Holidays ever again. When we arrived at the hotel, the travel representative was helpful and friendly. Especially when he was selling excursions to us! When the holiday was over, I was not informed that the 'all inclusive' package finishes at 12.00pm after checking out. We were given a lunch and drinks voucher. What Olympics did not take into consideration was our flight times. Originally our flight was 22.00 with a pick up time of 19.20. Then I found out by accident, just by talking another guest that our flight was delayed for 3 hours and our pick up time was changed to 22.20! This was not communicated well and if I have not bumped into this other passenger we would not have known about the delay. I contacted Sayed, the rep, asking if there are any courtesy evening meals or any refreshments. The reply I got and these are his exact words: - 'there's nothing I can do for you'. 'I have re-arranged for your tranfer 3 hours later so you are not at the airport too early, that's all I can do'!
I feel that since Olympics Holiday have received the payment and it was the end of the holiday, they did not want to know our requirements and were not interested in helping us whatsoever. They are unprofessional and ineffiecient in the and this has left a very bad taste after the holiday.

Just returned Staff Great Management useless allinclusive if they feel like it ie DRINK shortage! NOT 4 STAR more like 3 very clean could do with updating lots of steps so no good 4 DISABLED FOOD GOOD 2 Average good selection BEWARE when changing money U don`t get SHORT changed. IF U GO OUT 2 NARMA BAY THE DRINKS R DOUBLE THE UK PRICES ie 4 6 VODKA/LEMONADE PLUS 5 MORE VODKAS £63 ENGLISH POUNDS AT A BAR ON THE SEAFRONT, OLD SHARM SOFT DRINKS WITH NO PRICES SHOULD BE AVOIDED ULES U ASK FIRST AGAIN 6 DRINKS £20. POUNDS
TAXI`S R A NIGHT MARE THEY WILL ALSO RIP U OFF BIG TIME U HAVE 2 ARGUE ALL THE TIME EVERY TIME DRIVES U MAD. Its a shame because its a nice place but the pepole have got 2 stop riping us off.

My daughter & I stayed in this hotel at the begining of March, we were so pleased that we wanted to go back after 2 weeks.I did not find place so we went to another 4 star luxurious hotel but we were not satisfied.Luckily the second day of our arrival we had the chance to move back to New Tower.It is an excellent place where you find all facilities.The staff is friendly,helpful, & polite. The reservation manager,the bell captain,the waiters were doing an excellent job. The animation team was fantastic,the shuttle driver was very polite. The location of the hotel is perfect.The rooms were very clean.We want to thank the manager & the owner for runing such a place!!!
I want to suugest few things:Wireless internet in the rooms, more shuttle buses to Neama, though you have a variety of desserts,yet you can improve the quality!
