R & G Apartments

Flights and transfer were as expected although a bit long. Directski were there to meet us and everything was fine with fights etc.
The apartment however were a big let down. Although it was recently built it was cramped for 4 people.
Only 1 key was given among 4 people which is a bit too much to arrange 4 individuals coming in at different times.
On nights we went out the neighbouring apartment complained about the noise, which quite frankly was a bit naive that this was not expected. Four people on skiing holiday, please come on catch a grip.
Subsequently they refused to return 100 euro deposit and also blamed our party for marks in the main stairs walls which I find hard to believe as we never stored our ski gear there and also the neighbours who used the same stairs had a dog which was up and down the stairs.
Livigno was a fantastic resort and I would go back, brilliant skiing, food, restaurants and quite lively at night and duty free, just note to self NEVER STAY AT R & G APARTMENTS.
