awful, dirty tired accommodation

we stayed here on our way back from the scottish highlands to break our journey. we had our dog with us (for which we paid extra) but the room was awful. dirty net curtains, tv played up, floor didnt appear to have been vaccumed, bin still full and stains on towels. we would never stay in this travel lodge again and since returning i complained direct to travel lodge who did get the manager of the hotel to call me direct and apologise.
Fine for a quick stop over

Stayed on Thurs 15th Sept 2005 for £26 (from their website promotion). For this price cannot complain, although to my eye the room didn't appear THAT clean, and the decor was a bit tired. But fine for a stop over (arrived late, left early on route to Scotland)

A very clean and spacious room. The room had a kettle, bathroom with bath & shower. sofa bed and TV. A very pleasant stay. We brought our own breakfast as it is £5.95 for a breakfast pack each day. You can park and there is a bridge where you can get milk and supplies. The... more
