The resort was fantastic, great snow and so hot. I advise using sport 2000 ski hire shop at the base of the aravet lift as they were so friendly & helpful, the kids decided to try boarding for a day and they swapped the boots & skis free of charge. The chalet was great, only problem was a group of noisy 20 year olds shouting and playing loud music into the early hours! so would only go in a chalet again if we knew everyone staying. would advise paying for lift passes & hire goods in UK as we waited & with the exchange rate being so low it would have been cheaper in UK. First choice also guarantee they are cheaper and won't be beaten. We had a family lift pass which also worked out cheaper.
