It was without doubt the worst night we have ever had in a hotel. There is a club (part of the hotel) below the guest rooms that goes on until 5:30am so don't expect to get a moments sleep until then. The "double" room has a three quarter(!!) size bed with springs that jut into your back and the bathroom is the smallest we've have ever seen.
There is nobody at reception after 8pm so there is no avenue to vent your complaints, requests or even concerns [What if there was a fire?!] during the night.
A random person managed to open our door at about 2am - that is totally unacceptable!
Hotel manager refused to give back any of the money we had paid, even after all the above. :(

Honeymoon in July. We had a Junior Suite and it was fabulous. The whole hotel was wonderful with plenty to do and so many activities included in the all inclusive option.
All the staff were very attentive without being over-powering. We used the tennins courts, gym, bicycles, spa, dvd hire, room service, min bar and all restaurants.
We found the whole holiday amazing and even had trips included in our all inclusive.
I would not recommend staying half board as, although we didn't have to pay, lunches consisting of sandwich, chips and soft drink worked out to approx £25 per person. Drinks would also be very expensive if you had to pay for them.
There was nothing that we had to pay for and we made full use of everything.
We would also recommend going on the undersea walk which cost about 19 euros each plus taxi there. It was amazing to see the fish up close.
The currency used mainlyis the Euro.
This really was the holiday of a lifetime and nothing disappointed.
