Absolutely fantastic hotel. Recently renovated, the rooms are at a very high standard. Each room has its own individual design and character giving it charm.

The services in the rooms is great - plasma screen tv with in-built facilities enabling you to surf the internet and order films to watch etc. The customer service was as it should be. Great bar area with free wireless internet connection. Very comfy and cosy atmosphere. Bar is reasonable, restaurant caters for the more pricey end, but there is a very nice restaurant in the sports facilities next door which is reasonable.

Free use of the next door spa facilities which are excellent.

Location is super for trips to Bristol/Bath and the surrounding areas.
