we stayed at the tudor lodge guest house at skegness for the first time in june of this year 2010 we were made to feel very welcome on arrival the guest house is very clean and welcoming the hosts mo as she told me she prefares to be called and peter really look after you the room we had like the others was spotless and the meals were really good i would certainly recommend this lovely guest house to anyone who likes to be pampered my wife and i will certainly be returning for more of the same next year

We stayed here when we went on a weekend break to Skegness. It was very well located in terms of it proximity to local bars and restaurants as well as the towns centre and beach.
All the rooms had en-suite bathrooms; TV’s and free tea/coffee making facilities. They were very clean and there was also laundry if needed.
There was a lounge and bar area that was very cosy and allowed for relaxation and the ability to have a quiet chat. The restaurant was very good and provided a good choice of food.
There was ample parking in the car park which was also very handy.
We attended a local Bateman's Brewery Tour and it was absolutely first class. We were given food and drinks as a part of the tour as well as a local tour around the local brewery building. I would fully recommend doing one of those tours, as it was excellent value.
Overall the hotel was very nice and I would stay there again.
