we arrived on fri 10.6.04 having booked the familly room for 3 adults and a single room for one adult.on arrival the receptionist said there was only a booking for a single room.we eventually sorted it out with the manageress.our rooms were on the floor right above the public bar,althought this didn't bother us as we were going out each night anyway.the bannister going up the stairs was all shaky.the hallway flooring was all uneven,there was no bathmat in the bath which made the shower very dodgy.room was grotty,tv remote didn't work and the picture was all snowy.My friend in the single room had worse problems.His shower and toilet were outside his room.The shower thermostat couldn't be adjusted which he complained about for the whole weekend.The response of the management was to tell him to use our room.he eventually bought plyiers to adjust the thermostat himself.
