Lokha Legian Hotel

My wife and I recently stayed for 21days at the Lokha. Our booking was for a super deluxe room which is what we paid for, and knowing there were only 8 of them we booked one year in advance. However two of the 8 rooms are different in size and facilities, we were given one of these rooms and we were then moved a week later because they are alot smaller and are not the same as the others, this was annoying particularly as staff are aware of this. After queuing at immigration for nearly 2 hours and then haggling the taxi fare, the first impression of the Lokha Legian was not amazing. Located on Kuta beach, but accessed by the main street, the front of the hotel looks like any other business along the street. However, once stepping across the foyer, it is like crossing into another world. Your first view of the hotel, is a stunning pool, surrounded by tasteful and colourful plants of all shapes and sizes. Lokha Legian was a great place to stay. Paid $45 USD per night. The staff were very nice and very accommodating. The pool was a great size for the amount of rooms. The chefs were great. The cooked us pancakes for breakfast. The location of the Legian is great for market shopping and cheap restaurants.

Booked directly with hotel. Staff very helpful and obliging. Nice room, great location. Very nice stay. Have already booked for next year!
