After being advised from Thomas Cook tour operators the hotel and complex was family friendly and currently in the JMC for families 2007 booklet, we booked two adults and one 9 month old son.
Our first holiday away with our son. We were very disappointed. The resort had 3 British families, the remaining tourists were German. The resort was focused on them, everything was in German.
We were not included in the sports around the pools. There was no atmosphere within the complex. We found a beautiful bay, for which we walked to every day; we made sure the resort complex would not ruin our special holiday.
Most afternoons we would return to the pools so our son could enjoy his last swim of the day. We were given disapproving looks from others.
The holiday was not cheap; our room was lovely clean and within excellent working order. However, it should be, being new for the season.
The rep didn't speak good English, and again ignored us. We did try to join in at the beginning of the holiday, but you get fed up with trying so hard.
The resort is ideal if you want to go away and not get spoken to and given dirty looks for 2 weeks. Not our idea of fun. Advice only book if you’re half dead, and have not life.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Location was perfect, next to beach, short walk to shops, restaurants and bars.
Hotel very clean, beds changed every day, apartments very spacious and great air conditioning system. Pool area really nice overlooking the Med. Excellent choice of food for lunch and dinner with Julias the head Chef always around to greet you.
The entertainment team were excellent (Phoenix and Elva) made everyone feel very welcome. Lots for the kids to do. Cant fault the hotel, and would recommend the All Inclusive option.

My husband and I have just returned from a two week holiday at Aktea Village.
We are from England and have four small children and found the hotel and other guests to be very friendly and welcoming.
The Location of the hotel was ideal; close to two wonderful beaches and within walking distance of other bars, restaurants and shops. It is away from all the chaos of Aiya Nappa which is perfect for those with small children or indeed those who just prefer the quiet life !!
Our children had no problem finding friends (even with the language barrier) and loved every moment spent with the Children's Entertainment Team.
Viola who looks after the children in the Mini Club was always very happy to see the children and they adored her.
All staff including cleaners were happy and friendly and spent a lot of time chatting to us, they could simply not do enough to help.
The standard of food was excellent and all though, small the restaurant catered for all tastes and there was always something to take your fancy.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and can not wait to visit again !!!!!
