Found this Hotel online, it is in the heart of Prague near the Old Town Hall.
The Hotel reception is like walking into a private executives study, with a large writing desk and many flowers.
This is an individual Hotel with Good sized Rooms and very large beds. There are think only 27 - 31 Rooms and all but one appears to be down in the same style. Bathrooms are good with lots of marble and our room had 2 Basins. There was also a fully stocked fridge and prices where not too bad. There was also a machine on each floor, (this was needed as the temperatures ranged from 25C at night to 40C in the day).
Breakfast was superb, juice of hot or cold, many teas and coffee. Fresh bread and fruit. The Hotel had three areas for eating, outside on the street like most of the hotels, just inside which was very cool and an open air court-yard, which was pleasant and quiet.
The lunchtime and evening menu was limited but the food was excellent and if there was something you really wanted and was not on the menu, you only had to ask and if the chef knew what this was they were happy to do for you (I love a simple tomatoes and onion salad with basil and olive oil as a side dish).
The rooms were very comfortable, with clean Egyptian cotton sheets etc, and real timber floors. There was a new large screen LCD TV with many channels.
We had a view of red roof tops which was pleasant; I think if we were overlooking the main street it may have been too noisy (Prague parties hard).
All the hotel staff spoke English and many spoke Russian (my wife is Russian, but sometimes she does not understand English spoken by other nationalities).
Overall this Hotel is small and welcoming, food is excellent, location excellent, and I have been back already, which I very rarely do.
