Drossia Villa

There is no doubt at all that the view is the best part of Drossia Villa. There is plenty of outside space and the pool was really good and very clean. It is quite high above the road but it's not too difficult to get up there.
It's an old property that has been renovated, but I'm sorry to say that it has been done cheaply. Things are not finished off (pipes coming out of the floor and the odd wire out of a wall) The outside furniture looks as if it's been left outside all winter, as it's in poor condition. In fact there was not one comfortable chair to sit on.
The kitchen was fine and there were plenty of pans and crockery etc, but you need to watch out for the very large cooker hood.
The bedrooms are large.but the furniture is old and has a musky smell. There were no draws. I would not like to take young children to this villa as the second bedroom is 2 rooms away from the master bedroom with 2 steps up to it and very high single beds.
The bathrooms were the worst part of the villa, with hand held showers over a bath in each of the 2 bathrooms. The shower curtain was on a wire, and the bath in the master ensuite was not next to a wall, so there was nothing to hold onto as you get out. The floor was wood, but the grouting between the planks was not in good condition - a breading place for germs! AND for what we paid I would have expected more than 2 toilet rolls for our 2 week stay.
