This was my family's sixth visit to the Asena Beach Hotel. There were about 20 of us there for my Daughter's wedding. Everyone of us had the most wonderful time.
The staff are always helpful, friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for them.
Whilst the rooms are basic, and could do with a bit of udating, they are always kept clean by the lovely cleaning staff, and the gardens and pool are wonderful.
My one criticism would be, that whilst the food is very good, this year they kept it outdoors in the lovely rooftop restaurant and the food got cold too quickly.
We have seen the resort of Olu Deniz get busier each year we go, but the staff of the bars and restaurants make each visit a pleasure. Especially the Tequilla Bar!!

We have just returned from a two week holiday to Asena Beach Hotel in Turkey, this hotel is very clean, we had a family suite, which was lovely and spacious with two rooms and a bathroom. The towels and sheets were changed every day and the staff were very polite and friendly......at the pool we were not really disturbed by the staff and they were not over familiar.
If you are going for two weeks it is recommended that you buy vouchers at the hotel for the half board option as it works out cheaper than eating out. The food is good and lots of variety. We did half eating in the hotel and half eating out
My son was ill on holiday and the chemist and doctor is a two minute walk away, as are all the shops and bars. A good local supermarket which sells cheap wine to take back to your hotel room. Fridge is in room.
I would recommend this resort, it is quite quiet, apart from the odd nite of Karaoke which can go on until 02.30 am.
Turkey is not as cheap as it used to be and you can get hounded by the shop-keepers.
We really enjoyed our holiday, very chilled, one of the best we have had!!

My family and I have just come back from the 2 weeks here.
What a fabulous time we all had – We arrive at 6 in the morning after nearly 12 hours travelling, fit to drop. The welcome at reception was warm, fast and efficient and a young man carried our cases to the room.
The room was a bit small for 2 adults and a 14 year old, but it was only used for sleeping and was kept immaculately clean by our friendly, helpful cleaner. Towels changed, beds made and floor washed every day. Bedding changed twice a week.
Food was very well presented and extremely tasty, not one bad meal in 2 weeks. I have a fussy 14 year old and she managed to find and try new things to eat.
All the staff in this hotel have a common goal and that is to make your stay the best ever. Everyone is approachable and nothing is too much trouble for them. Even the Manager gets his hand dirty clearing away plates. He also joined in the fun and games during the entertainment events..
I would like to say a special thank you to the boys at the pool bar, They worked so hard always making sure you had all you needed. We ALL had a great time and hope to come back next year. My daughter has said if she can’t go there then she’s not bothered.

absolutely FANTASTIC did not want to leave weather out of this world pool bar staff ESPECIALLY fun. Asena Beach is ideal for families and couples lively strip of bars GO TO CRUSOES.
My best holiday yet evening entertainment and pool party on sunday especially fun.
Thomas Cook rep was really friendly. The rooms were on the small size but lovely.
Only problem is you have top put your key into something to get the air con to work...this is a problem as you need your key to get yourself in the room...so the room is BOILING when you get in.
Not a problem just go to reception and ask for a new key.
will be back next year!!

Just arrived back from Asena Beach. Hotel was fab, bar and restaurant staff are unfaultable. Clean, tidy and great fun for couples and families. Weather was sensational.........BUT...do not go to the Tomez Turkish Bath underneath the Azda Supermarket. Despite being with my partner and another couple I was sexually assaulted and the Police nor Thomas Cook did anything to help. Stick to the Spa at the hotel!!!

superb hotel helpful staff.had wheel chair in our party.hotel not really suitable for wheelchairs'but staff always ready to help.they have a superb pubic relations man called ramazan (top man).try captain hooks restaurant while you there.10/10 for staff and hotel facilities.

Absolutely amazing !
Nothing else to describe it.
Best holiday me and my family have been on.
Went with my grandma and grandma and cousin, had the best time ever.
Going back same time next year.
Amazing people who work there all.
The rooms are clean and very nice although i would suggest to ask for an extra quilt other than that i couldnt fault it.
Hoping for it too be the same next time.

We had a weeks break in Olu Deniz, the weather was absolutley sensational, the resort was extremely well kept and clean. The hotel staff were both kind and efficient. The food provided was of a good standard with presentation and hygene second to none. We will certainly return.

oh my god.
i have so much to say about asena beach hotel.
i loved my staying there.
i had so much fun with everyone there, and i loved the pool bar boys loads.
they made me, my sister, and dad very welcome.
and there cocktails are wikid.
i miss everyone loads there and wish to go back there very soon.
you all are great people, and i wish you all to have a great lifes for the future.
i would recommend asena beach hotel, to anyone that loves fun, a nice welcoming, and new friends to meet.
this is the top place for everyone.

We had a fabulous time here. The rooms are fairly small but adequate, the hotel clean but most of all what makes Asena Beach is the staff. They couldnt do enough for us, just genuninely very helpful, friendly people. The only down side is if you are half board the hotel is NOT wheelchair friendly.
