After a slightly stressful lead up to this holiday...Is it finished?..is it all open?...will we get what we booked? etc....................... We had a superb time. This is a beautiful hotel, no doubts, with some of the loveliest staff we have ever encountered - especially Hanna and Hassan and the lovely room man Walid. The staff actually make this hotel. We had booked two superior swimup rooms, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE. They are not true swimup rooms - quiet simply they are twelve ground floor rooms in a v shape which share a pool. eI wont beat about the bush and kep it simple. 1. When we arrived at the airport we had to make our own way to the hotel. We got a taxi and he didnt know where the hotel was. Im sure this will improve as more people arrive. I suggest you ask for the Mirrabel and then ask him to carry on for about a mile. Hotel is the last one on the road. 2. On arrival to Tiran hotel we were in awe at how stunning hotel is. We were greated by conseirge manager with freezing cold towels and cold drinks, no AI wristband and shown too our room. Room was fantastic. very large bed, sofa bed for child. Mini bar stocked with Coca cola, sprite ,fanta, 2 large cans of Stella beer and 2 bottles of water. On arrival to the Tiran Hotel (Formally Louis Tiran) you will be speachless, the entrance to the Hotel, and reception are beautifull. We were met by Mr George who escorted us to a seating area for a cool refreshing drink (which we so needed) and a ice cold flannel. We booked in and could not believe our room. We had been upgraded and were situated right outside the main pool (Ground Floor) with sea view and a stones throw away from the bar. The room was wonderfull, it has everything you need and more. When we arrived the hotel looked beautiful, we got a very warm welcome staff couldn't do enough for us. The animation team were fantastic! Lola, Kate and Aggi always kept us smiling and made us do aqua gym in the morning!, Also to top the holiday we met a really lovely family which we are going to stay in touch with and hopefully go back next year with them. On arrival at the "Louis Tiran" we were privileged to be told that we were the first family to arrive on its opening day and we we were warmly welcomed by Mr George the front office manager & Mr Andreas the food & beverages manager ,both of whom were fluent in English & genuinely courteous and kind & whom made our entire stay a thoroughly enjoyable experience with their attentiveness to our every requirement! Well my husband and I were one of the first guests to stay at this new Hotel, opened 15th July 2009. Yes it is actually now open! What a welcome, the best ever. Beautiful rooms, everything brand spanking new. although not all amenities are open yet, this did not spoil anything. The approach to the beach is breath taking and the fish swimming round you at knee height is amazing. Take your snorkels and flippers- it's brilliant. Staff were without exception quite magnificent. hello, i have visited this hotel in my recent trip in Sharm El Sheikh. i was surprised to see the below review stating that the hotel will not be ready for July opening. The hotel is finished and looks fantastic. just a few details are left. great location, superb sea view, just cant wait for my august holidays there.

Hi, we were supposed to be staying in this hotel 5 - 14 March this year, we were contacted by our operator 2 weeks before departure and offered further accommodation. We did go and have a look at this hotel. Its not ready, and not likely to be for some months I wouldn't think, no pools done, still a shell really, so be warned
