This hotel was a disgrace. Next door to us was a couple and they had crokcroches in their room and the manager did nothing a bout it. There was no seats to sit in at the pool and in the pool the shallow end was about 6 feet high...DISGRACE

better than i expected

i have just returned from staying at these apartments there was me my partner and teenage twins of 15 . on reading the reviews i was a bit wary about what i was going to they are about 45 min from airport we got a taxi that cost us 60 euros which was not bad as transfers were £145 in our money to book this end . when we got there we were very surprised the apartment was lovely all apartments have just been revamped it had lovely kitchen and bath room it was alll very clean all doors open up onto a big patio which the sun was on all the time...

Had a great week in Picasso Aparts.When we arrived first impression was that it looked a bit grotty from outside and the missing letter P from the name made me think of Fawlty Towers but not so inside.Basic rooms but large and clean could have done with a change of towels midweek but then you get what you pay for.I personally would not go back to that area of benidorm but it was lively for my two daughters 16 and 22.Handy for the beach, very warm in the room which made sleep a bit difficult so hire a fan right away as numbers were limited.

was dreading going here after reading some reviews of this place but when i got there realised most of the bad reviews were false apartment was spotless and well equipped cooker microwave toaster large comfy rooms bath and shower room tv with sky large balcony that had the sun shining onto it all day food and drink cheaply available from 10am til 8pm two clean swimming pools bedding changed once a wk though there was extra clean linen in room if needed staff very friendly rooms safe and secure. laundrette there to. picasso is only 5min walk...

well were back just under 1 week ago,and must say we were dreading it after reading other reviews on it appts were massive,it was more than basic 2 * there was a iron.iron board ,microwave.toaster ect,rooms were massive,best of all the food at the appt was fab,especially there breakfast it was propper beans and propper sausage and real toast.was in a great location not to noisy at night,and within walking distance of shops pubs ect.and was only 2 streets up a slight hill from the beach,we wont be put off again and im looking to book to...

we read the reviews just before we flew out and we were dreading it after some of the things that have been said. When we arrived we had to pay 100 euros deposit, but we knew this before we went out which was fine. We got allocated on the 11th floor, and we were very surprised, the apartments are huge with a massive balcony. Nothing to fault in the place in the slightest. The only things we could say was that the cleaners did not come in at all the week we were there, you had to take your own rubbish down, and we didn't have...

went to stay at the picasso appartments with my two friends when we got there we had to pay 100 euros deposit we were very shocked at that because our travel company never told us you have to get rid of your own rubbish down the street and we stayed there 5 days no clean towels or bed linen but the rooms are very clean and big would go back there again just with my friends not my family!you do get your 100 euros back if the room is ok as we did

We arrived here late on a Saturday night during the Easter weekend and immediately wished we had gone to Portugal. Everybody was smoking for England and after queueing for ages outside along the edge of the pool (the reception is a BIT small!) among vast clouds of cigarette smoke - these apartments are absolutely NO good if you are non-smokers like us - despite notices informing patrons that smoking was prohibited, we were allocated our apartment. Boy were we in for a surprise! The rooms were a good size but stank of stale smoke and smelled...

Not ideal for families. as everynight heard girls upstairs coming in late and having sex. walls are so thin they woke kids. it's a mixture of single sex group and families. So if you want a nice family holiday do not go there.

dirty, needed complete renovation ,on arrivel had to buy bleach to cleanse the entire appartment. would not stay their for a gold pig.found used condom behind wardrobe.which was reported to management nothing done about it, ps bought own mugs due to insanitary conditions. totaly disgusted that these appartments are still advertised in any holiday brochure. did complain to thompson holidays,still awaiting a reply. date of original complaint 15.10.05 mr neil calvert

We stayed in these apartments in November 2003, they were not very nice they rooms are shabby, they only have a small bar I would'nt have anything to eat because the food did not look very appertising. also they are up a steep hill which is not very convenient when you have been in the wooky until 2 in the morning, so being honest with you i would give these apartments a wide berth.

got back yesterday stayed for 5 nights these appartments are great big balcony big room theres an iron and ironing board spotless clean one of the cleanest ive stayed in in benidorm and been loads of times only thing was it was a bit cluttered in reception ornaments... more
