Lovely hotel set in gorgeous gardens. Very close to beach but about 15 mins walk to nearest pubs - Ayia Napa centre a £4 taxi ride away. Rooms are nice with air con, balconies are small but not really used. Maid service everyday and they are great very chatty and friendly. 120% for the service by the staff (Christiana, snow white, Cinderella plus others - you know who you are) they was really fantastic, especially with children. Not much in the way of entertainment day or night and sometimes played loud til after midnight Lots of Russian visitors, ignorant to other guests and ill mannered towards staff! The younger guests tended to ignore rules about being in pool after 8pm and did on occasions be very noisy well in early hours, not ideal for guests such as myself with young children (nothing said to them by management) I would strongly recommend they don’t allow groups of mixed or single sex into what is described as a "family friendly" hotel.

Fantastic Hotel
This is such a nice hotel I’m so pleased that we picked this one over the other hotels in the area.
Location - we wanted we wanted to be near enough to Ayia Napa to go in the evenings but far enough from all the hustle and bustle etc. The brochure said its about a 15 min walk to Ayia Napa? yes it is a 15 min walk to the start of the town but if its the bars and restaurants you want its about a 35 min walk at least. Its not a bad walk though lots to see. Even though was quite a walk we still did it every night and there bars, shops on way so you can always stop off.
The taxis into town were £4 CYP each way, which is about £5 English pound, quite expensive for a 5 min ride. Outside the hotel (not directly outside) there are a few shops, a supermarket a few restaurants and a bar (karaoke). If you walk towards Ayia Napa along the main road you are spoilt for choice for eating out there are so many restaurants - Italian, Steak house, Cypriot, Greek.
Hotel - I loved it, there is nothing I could fault about it. When we arrived the porter took our bags to our room. The rooms are not massive I’ve stayed in bigger but easily enough space for 2. As we arrived late we couldn't see the view, there are a lot of trees so I thought the view would be restricted (even though we paid the supp) the following morning when we woke up and opened the curtains, I couldn't of expected anything better then the view in front of us. It is amazing you can see the whole beach from the room. If don't pay the extra for the sea view room I think your allocated along the driveway into the hotel (didn't seem to be part of the main hotel e.g. there were no lifts its like separate block) I don't think you actually see the road as lots of trees but if you have the choice you should def upgrade. The main part of the hotel has a big garden area, it is so pretty and well looked after, and there are so many bird cages dotted around with hundreds of birds in them, and there are even 2 pelicans which walk around.
Food - we decided to do B&B only as we wanted to eat out each night, breakfast was good, wide choice, same as any other European hotel, cereals, breads, hot- breakfast, staff were very friendly. We did stay at the hotel one night for the dinner, they have a different theme each night, e.g. Italian, Chinese, Mexican. We went to the Italian, it was def worth the £11pp as its buffet so its as eat as much as you want. We never really stayed at the hotel passed 9pm so not really sure what the entertainment was like, there was always music being played or someone singing/dancing while we were leaving.
Pool - I was a bit worried about the pool, as there didn't seem to be any pics of it unlike all the other hotels. But there was nothing to worry about its also nice. It’s not huge unlike some of these hotels nearby but its big enough. It’s a really nice layout all the sun lounges are all around the pool (free to use) and with all the gardens surrounding the pool area it makes it so nice. They have a snack bar at the pool side but it’s very expensive, the food is very good though.
Beach - This is def the best beach I have seen in Europe I cant imagine that you can get any better. Its is lovely.
The hotel is in the best location to. As the hotel is set on the beach all you have to do is walk through the grounds of the hotel to get to it. There is a section especially reserved for the hotel and it costs £3 cyp for 2 beds and a umbrella each day, we didn't ever go to this as its quite rocky and there always seemed to be seaweed there, so we walked up a bit, you have to get to the beach early to be able to get a bed, if ever later then 12pm you don't have a chance. The water is as clear as anything and the water is warm, you can swim so far out to as doesn't get deep for ages. The further you walk up the beach the busier it gets, we walked up to the end of the beach a few times as that's where the water sports are (they do everything). Its very busy down that end you can just about move. If you just want to relax I wouldn't suggest you go down that end, but make sure you do at least once the water is so clear and you have to walk out to the little island to (through the water)
If your thinking about going here then definitely do, you couldn't ask for much more if I could go back tomorrow I would, I loved it.
