We arrived about mid-day we were taken to the reception by a Rep and the owners were really friendly they helped us through our stay.
The rooms were standard what you would get for a self catering place. It was pretty clean no ants or anything.
It was lively by the pool in the day time however they played the same c.d over and over again so take some c.ds if your going to sit by the pool all day for 7 or more days!
i would recommend this hotel as it is a very short walk to where all the clubs are its near to some lovely resurants and right next to MacDonalds.

thought this hotel was disgusting, booked a room for 4 people and only 1 of the rooms had air con, the apartments were not clean and had stains and hair every where. thought the staff were extremly rude and were not willin got help in any situation. would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

WHEN WE ARRIVED WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE ACCOMODATION.....CLEAN AND TIDY(we only saw 1 cockroach the whole time we were there!!) AND RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF ALL THE HYPE, THE SQUARE JUST 2MINS WALK AWAY.....AND NISSI BEACH A 5MIN QUAD/BUS/TAXI RIDE AWAY!!
THIS HOTEL SPECIALISES IN THE 18-30 AGE GROUP SO I WOULDNT RECOMMEND GOING IF YOU ARE BORING AND DONT LIKE MUCH NOISE IN THE EARLY HOURS OF THE MORNING!!HAHA (that was all part of the fun for us)
THE POOL WAS BASIC BUT IT HAD THE SUN DIRECTED ON IT ALLLLL DAY SO IT WAS NICE!!....AND THE AREA AROUND THE POOL WAS ALWAYS CLEAN AND TIDY!!
NOW FOR THE PROBLEMS....THE C.L.E.A.N.E.R.S!!...THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE, MAINLY DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY COULDNT SPEAK A SINGLE WORK OF ENGLISH!!....THEY LOOKED DIRTY AND SWEATY ALL THE TIME AND ONLY CHANGED THE TOWELS EVERY 3 OR 4 DAYS...WHICH DEFOZ WASNT ENOUGH!!!!
THEY ALSO GAVE US DIRTY SHEETS WHEN THEY CHANGED THEM!!
I ALSO NOTICED A FEW OF MY THINGS MISSING, BATTERIES, CIGARETTES ETC. (the cleaners were the only other people that had access to our room)
ALTHOUGH THE PEOPLE THAT WORKED THERE WERE GENERALLY FRIENDLY PEOPLE, MOST OF THEM DIDNT HAVE A CLUE HO TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS' NEEDS AT ALL!!
HOWEVER OVERALL I HAD A BRILLIANT TIME IN THESE APARTMENTS....THE ONLY THING I WOULD RECOMMEND IS NEW STAFF HAHA!!
(also dont be put off by the fact there is a graveyard nearby....its is tiny...and you can hardly see it due to a wall and some trees)

Omg actual soooooo good. Would defo go bk here!! mind yoo wen a went thr was a group of 24 lads n we whr all on club 18-30 so i would defo say this accomodation is sutied mre for younger ppl who r on holiday fur a long 14nyt party n dnt mind basic clean accomodation. Would recommend families here as drunken ppl may coz a bit of noise at nyt. But if yoo dnt mind tht defo stay here. ITS THEEEEEEEEEE PLACE 2 B :D. Goin bk to napa nxt yeer n a wld stay here agen.
Its clean, comfy, n ryt nxt too mcd's wot else does an 18yeer old girl need :P

When we first got off the coach, we were directed down the side of a graveyard. However the apartments weren’t far away and even though we arrived in the middle of the night, the bar was still open which was great for us thirsty travelers.
This hotel was excellent for young people or for families with older children. It is located centrally but is far enough away from the night life for people to sleep undisturbed (well, most nights anyway). The rooms are basic but have all the equipment that you need for a holiday. The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable, even though one of the legs on my hubby's bed collapsed when he sat on it.
The rooms are clean and are cleaned regularly. The maids change your bedding every other day and came in to make the beds. The staff at the complex were really friendly and helpful. If you had a problem with your apartment, they were quick to sort it out and provided you were respectful they were lovely. The person that made this holiday was Steve the barman and his family. They all seem to work there, even his granddad who cooks the Friday night barbecue. They offer excellent value for money and are very reasonably priced. We had lots of lovely meals during our stay and he makes excellent cocktails.
I would not recommend this complex for people with young children as there is only really the pool for them to play in. I also feel that this place is not suitable who can't climb a long flight of stairs none of the rooms are at ground floor.

The Best Ever. Everyone should go too Ayia Napa and stay here :) Steve and family were brilliant. We loved it. The rooms were cleaned every other day. The pool and surroundings were very clean and comfortable to bathe in. Would recommend it too anyone. We want 2 go back right now :)
Close to all resturants and the nightlife is just a short walk away and the walk is most fun when in a bar crawl which was organised by the rep. They really let you get to know everyone staying in the apartments at the time. The Friday night bbq was also mighty fun.

Just got back from a mad week stay and I had a fantastic time couldn't fault the place. Went as a group of 11 boys the rooms where basic but very clean and expectable.
So much so that one of my friends managed to sleep in his room everyday for the whole holiday. Everyone there is very friendly including the people that run the hotel, they where happy to let us stay after we trashed our room in a drunken state.
It is in a great location meters away from the go kart track and mini golf course where we spent many Cyprus pounds, well worth a crack. It is also only a stones throw from all the major clubs, bars and the beach. Nissi beach is only a short taxi drive away, it cost us £1 each and is well worth a visit.
Overall a fantastic place to stay and we will be back in 2007.

I recently went on holiday to Ayia Napa and stayed at Nicholas Apartments. I have nothing bad to say about this place at all except I wish I could have stayed longer! The atmosphere was amazing. Everyone was really friendly, especially Steve (the barman) Love you.
The BBQ on Friday nights is a must, all you can eat and it is lovely. The cleaners were very friendly and even washed our pots for us everyday. The food at the poolside bar was delicious and very cheap compared to the nearby restaurants.
Overall top holiday, definitely going back next year and I would recommend it to anyone who is thinking about going to Ayia Napa!

An excellent location you even look onto MacDonalds to remind you off home!!! Our room was basic and clean(with clean sheets!)
It is run by locals and they are so nice and chatty. Most people round the pool were couples and groups, and a few children but really might be a tiny bit too noisy in the evening for them. we meet people in the apartments that had been there before so that says something.
Its hard to compare as I have not been to Ayia Napa before but if you have booked this apartment I’m sure you will not be disappointed and make sure you go to there BBQ on a Friday night :-)

Right, I’ll start with the good things of this hotel first, there are only a few! The apartments were spacious and they had English plugs, which was good. The hotel is in a good area, not very good access routes to the hotel, more like dirt tracks but none-the-less it has a good location. It’s very near to all of the good restaurants, bars and the beach and I cannot fault for this. We had a very good holiday rep, Laura, who was very helpful all the time. It had a good reception with lots of space and good entertainment.
Now for the bad things, these might not bother some people but it did bother us. First of all were the bed sheets, oh my god I don’t know where to start. There were stains everywhere on these sheets. Even on the spare pillows and blankets there were stains. We also found alot of human hair everywhere!! This was not a very nice place to sleep, trust me. The cleaners came to clean our apartment and changed our sheets, but the replacements were still the same. The toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor! Along with a broken toilet roll holder and a bathroom cabinet that was hanging off. Not to mention the showerhead that was snapped off and just lying in the bath. There were stains on the walls, no idea what it was and to be honest I don’t want to know! Also there was mascara on the mirrors. This just shows that they don’t get cleaned properly. The balcony was very small and the view from it was the back of Rafael’s restaurant! This was a great view, not. We had ants in the kitchen. Half of the utensils were missing. The advertising for this hotel is so misleading, the pool is so tiny.

We were made very welcome by steve and his family when we arrived and he kept the bar open for as long as you wanted to stay and drink, also the food was very good and the bbq was a night to remember, we had a lovely time there all of the family were very nice. I went back to cyprus in 2007 as I could not find the apartments in the books and went to different aps, to my suprise when i went to nicholas they had shut the pool and the bar and food had gone. No more steve, frank and families. I was so upset that i had a miserable holiday without the food and cocktails that they used to make and they were so friendly and i had a good time there. NO MORE NICHOLAS BAH BAH !!!!!

What can we say. Absolutely fantastic again. Have come back here year after year. staff are so friendly and totally make your holiday.
My children all love it, even though they are all small. Barbeque nights are an absolute must. Food is spot on and excellent value for money. Well done Steve and Joanna and all the family for making our holidays with you so extra special.
Keep up the hard work and we will see you again next year.
