This is a lovely family run hotel, which I found to be friendly, clean, and comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient.



Rooms were spotlessly clean. Any requests were dealt with swiftly and with a courteous attitude.



The situation of the hotel was convenient to the town centre of Maderno and easy to reach the ferry port and bus stops. Gardens were well maintained and the small pool was cleaned daily.



The owner ran a tight ship and was regularly seen around the hotel. He was always there to greet his guests, even though his English wasn't that good.



All in all, a lovely gem of a hotel.
