Me and my partner spent a week in these apartments in november 2009 for 1 week and loved it!!
The weather was fantastic cloudy on day one then really nice and hot for the rest of the week but with that lovely sea breeze you get in Lanzarote.
we have been to Lanzarote around 5 times in the past couple of years and this has been our favourite apprtments.
The rooms are really spacious, modern, clean an comfortable. The Maid cleaned the room everyday that we where there,she was very nice, the towels where changed regular too the only niggle was that the bedding wasnt changed.
We stayed on the top floor so had the balcony which was huge and the walls are a good height so you have privicy whilst eating and sunbathing outside which was fab!
When we where there the appartments where quite quiet i'd say only around half where full at anytime which was great for us as we liked the peace and quiet.
I felt nice and secure in the complex as there are 2 main gates which are locked from around 7-8pm, you also have a locked gate to the stairway up to the appartment and we also seen a security guard everynight walking around which made me feel at ease.
We used the pool bar one day for toasties and drinks and it was really nice and very reasonable.
The location is great as at the bottom of the road there is a spar and a lovely pizza place which does takeout too if you fancy a night in and they also have free WIFI :) if you take a short stroll to the main road which brings you out by the casino and all the resturants this only takes around 5 minutes which is ideal as no taxis!
Over all very pleased with these appartments and i will be going back again this September and taking my sister and her boyfriend with us.

This was our first time in Lanzarote but wont be our last. Apartments were brilliant - we had a ground floor one and the patios were massive front and back!
Very clean and well equipped. Only about five minutes from main strip and in a quiet residential area. The kids loved the pool and the pool table down by the small bar area. Couldnt fault anything and look forward to going back!

I have just came back today from these apartments and they were fantastic. Plenty of space for my 3 teenage boys and us, air conditioning in lounge and bedrooms, wow! Balcony was huge, we were upstairs but if you get a ground floor apartment they have even bigger terrace and back terrace area too. Everything you have at home you have in these apartments. Been to Lanzarote loads of times but will struggle to ever get better apartments than these. It is only a ten minute walk down to the main strip but there is a spar and plenty of other small shops dotted around. Dont hesitate over these apartments as I think once people realise how good they are they will be hard to book.

Hi went to lanzarote last july!! Best holiday of me life the apartements are lovely av a wash machine and all the pool was lovely and the athmosphere was great miss it so much!! x x x Lanzarote 08 babi x x

Hi, just returned from the Riviera Park Apartments. Booked on a last minute deal via Direct Holidays. Found the apartment to be modern, clean and very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, even had washing machine which was very useful when we were caught out by the tide at the beach! Apartments very quiet both day and night as there are only twenty in total. Therefore there is plenty of room round the pool and no problem to get sunloungers!! The balcony area of apartments is also very spacious and was perfectly safe for our two year old to run around on. On the balcony you also have a couple of sunbeds plus a table and chairs and a bbq. The many bars and restaurants are only a short walk away. Only downside is the trek to the beach. Air conditioning was fitted in both bedrooms and the main living area, we didn't need to use this as there is a lovely breeze if you leave windows open. outstanding apartments!! we spent 2 weeks there last october. 5 mins walk to the main strip. peaceful at night. apartments come fully furnished with everything including a washing machine and even your own bbq. massive patios and balcony areas. good little snack bar, nice pool although a wee bit cold. reception hours a little limited but not really a problem. staff friendly and helpful rooms kept clean and tidy. really cannot fault the place. they were fitting air con when we left last year hope its in by now as we are going back again in oct, go on and try it you wont be disappointed.
