Hotel Class: 
The Iris Aparthotel offers good standard rooms for 2 and 3 people, and a two bedroom suite for up to 4 people on a bed and breakfast basis. It is about 2 kilometres from the centre of Kos Town, with the nearest beach 4-5 minutes walk away. The Iris has its own swimming pool, pool bar, reception and small mini-market close by and a taverna directly opposite.

What a fab place - the apartments are small and compact and poolside and basically they do what is says on the tin (Brochure).
The guys and gals at the supermarket over the road were fab and very helpful.
The staff at the Iris were falling over themselves to help you and the bar staff were very helpful with some other pickier residents.
Kos Town is beautiful and I would live there if I could.
The trips organised by the rep were good value and well attended and the day trip to Bodrum was a treat.
Kardamena is a hellhole and glad we didn’t stop off there for long.
You can rent a car and do the island in a day Zia is gorgeous and the Heraklion is very interesting.
What a relaxing time by the pool - lots of loungers and umbrellas.
The apartments were well appointed, clean and the bathroom / wet room was fab.
We booked a room in the hotel for our early am pick up and this was just as nice as the apartments.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
