all the negative sides put to one side , i could not fault the appartments , claen, well maintaind, a fantastic 2 weeks , will book again , the beach only 100mtrs away the pool only 10mtr away, what more can you ask for

The hotel is in an excellent location right on the beach and a 2minute stroll to the Nissi Bay Beach Bar. There is a bus stop directly opposite which takes you through Ayia Napa, Protaras, and Kalimni. The hotel residents were mainly families and couples so if you want... more

DIRTY... The apartments were graded as 3.5 star! I would not have given it 0.5*. The swimming pool was very small - the size of the INDOOR one at another local hotel. There were cockroaches in the bedroom and ants everywhere else. There were 6 adults and 4 children... more

I stayed here in 07 for 2 weeks worst apartments i have ever been in!!!!!
Bar shut very early no entertainment and dirty pool rooms with ants, cockroaches etc. Staff rude and very unhelpful. Stay away from these apartments only plus was location to nissi beach
