We stayed here for 2 weeks in July. The apartment was clean and spacious. Microwave, toaster, kettle. All you needed.
TV just spanish channels, so dont pay for it.
Room cleaned every other day.
Comfortable beds, and rooms not too hot. We hired a fan from reception, but didnt always need it on.
Great views over sea from cliffs edge.
Nice pool area (2 pools) Plenty of sunbed even in July.
Nice restaurant belonging to apartments serving food all day and night. Very reasonable price and really nice food.
We hired a car and explored the Island. I would recomend this as it really is gorgeous.
Cala Blanca is quite boring, only a handful of bars and eateries.
Great base to explore though.

Overall the Apartments are ok, they are a nice size and we had a lovely view from our room. Most rooms have a stunning view as these Apartments are on the sea front. But, there was a smell in the room - that we just couldn't get rid of! This meant we had the window and doors open 24/7, to clear the air. As there was a damp smell. Also, the shower curtain wasn't to cleaver either!! Also, we were there for a week and the maid didn't come in our room once. We had everything we needed in the Apartment I.e. Microwave, Kettle, Toaster - but don't be fooled by the TV as there are only Spanish Channels (no British news channel).
Overall we had a lovely holiday, but you were constantly thinking of things to do, as there isn't much in Cala Blanca. And as our rep didn't bother showing up for the welcome meeting, so we had to work everything out ourselves by asking people. Reception is only open a couple of hours in the morning and afternoon. Citudella is the city and is absolutely beautiful and is well worth seeing - day and night. You can catch the bus just a five minute walk from the Apartment and it is 1.45 euro each way and the buses run often. We went there a few times and each time discovered different things to see: the harbour, the general market(this is on Friday and Saturday) and fish, meat and fruit market (there everyday apart from Sunday). We also caught a bus to Calan Bosh - which is more of a Commercial/Tourist place which had a nice harbour, plenty of bars and nice shops to look around and a lot more things for kids to do. We didn't think there was much for kids Cala Blanca although there is a beach 15-20 minutes walk away - which is beatiful and clear sea. We didn't get to to Mahon, but the different people we spoke to said it was a nice day out and plenty to see. We were told that there is an express bus you can catch to Mahon, which only takes 45 minutes - instead of over an hour on a normal bus.
We went to Cala Blanca in Mid October, so maybe mid summer season there is plenty of things to - but October was extremly quiet and we were constantly looking at the map trying to think where to go!

Holiday went like a dream - we booked it ourselves and the people were very helpful. They took a deposit at the time of booking but did not ask us to pay the balance until we were due to leave on the last day to come home.
The complex itself was ideal for families and the staff very helpful. The location is good as you have a lovely sea view and can sit on your balcony and watch the sun go down.
The resort is very quiet but that is how we like it. The centre is a short walk from Blan Cala apartments taking about 10 mins or if like us nearly double that as you leisurely stroll along.
We are looking forward to when we go back for another relaxing holiday.

Went to Menorca on a chilled out holiday with 6 other girls and a guy before we started uni- resort was perfect. with Tonys karaoke bar up the road and a beautiful town a bus journey away we couldn't of asked for more- we're re visiting again this year with a slightly smaller group and can't wait. Word of advice- don't hire out a golf buggy style bike, we did and ended up in spanish a&e for 6 hours after the breaks didn't work! all in all the perfect holiday spot
