Many of the problems are still existing. It seems that nobody cares about the comments of the customers or the problems of the establisment.

My partner and I have just returned from this hotel. I would not recommend it to anybody!
When we arrived, the bar and breakfast area looked really nice and our first impressions were good. When we were given the keys to our room we were told we would have to pay 4 Cyprus pounds a day for the fridge! So we gave that one a miss.
When we went up to find the room, none of the rooms had any numbers on! So it was a case of trying every room until the key fitted. We eventually got there, only to find that the whole (tiny) room smelt disgusting, there was dirty brown marks all over the floor, and there was blood on the wall.
The locks on the balcony door were completely broken off, the air con, which we had to pay extra for didn't work, and there was no mirror in the room. The bathroom was really small, the bath didn’t drain properly so you had to stand in your own dirt, and there were no plugs in either the bath (not that you needed one!) or the sink.
We complained to our rep, and were moved to another room, which was marginally better, apart from the door knob fell off when we opened it. There was an ants nest in the bathroom, the balcony was full of cigarette ends, and the light was falling out of the ceiling!
The radiator pipes were also sticking out of the floor (I forgot to mention these were in the first room too!) Over the week that we were there, the rooms never got cleaned, nor did the bed linen. They changed our towels once, because we kept asking them! And I also had to ask for toilet roll twice because they did not provide us with any!
We opted for bed and breakfast, and the first day we went down for breakfast, we felt totally unwelcome, there were no menu's and we weren't told what the breakfast choices were. We were given an English breakfast (1 sausage 1 bacon 1 egg and beans).
As not all of us like to eat greasy foods first thing in the morning, the following day I asked if they had any cereal - they didn't know what cereal was! And I was told my only other choice would be ham and cheese with toast!
There is one nice thing about the hotel - the bar area, very nicely done and looks lovely at night, its open 24hours but its always empty!
I was extremely disappointed with this hotel and there is no way it should be a 3 star, it’s more like a 1. I've been to Cyprus 5 times now, and stayed in different hotels, but would advise anyone to stay well clear of this one!
Would highly recommend the Napa Plaza or the Senator Apartments if you are on a budget.
