Dear Guest, we thank you for staying in our hotel and we are very sorry for your general disappointment. We improved many of the services you listed, for example we changed the most of the staff from 2006. We also followed your advice and opened a restaurant (only for lunch for the moment, maybe also for dinner in the future). Off season is more quiet than high season, but there are still some restaurant and some activities open to public, even to close distance to our hotel. We hope you'll change your mind regarding the quality of our hotel, which you stated you liked anyway, and we invite you to check the renewal works we made after 2006 - on our website there is a selection of good pictures. Dear Guest, we thank you for staying in our hotel and we are very sorry for your general disappointment. Although you might feel as being teased by our staff, there might be some important motivation regarding the choice of 2005 staff to not move you on the suite with bath, next to your original room. Maybe this latter room has some kind of technical problem, or it was planned to be booked the next day and were cancel at last minute. Is true that when some similar situation happens now, we motivate our choice very clearly, and in principle, we don't have any problem to assign to the guest a room of the same category, different to the original purposed, if the guest prefer it. For information of other guests, it is always preferable to state on the moment of the reservation if you have babies with you and if you prefer to have a bathtub instead of a shower. When you do so, these problems do not happen in principle. If you'll change your decision regarding to visit us again, you will be then welcome to contact us anytime. Best regards
