Or group of 17 have just returned from our first holiday in Austria. It was fantastic. Hotel Facilities, staff, food and cleanliness were faultless. hotel bus every 15 mins until 11am and returning between 3-5pm is a must if you don't leave your skis and boots in a locker... more

We travellled by Shearings coach, staying overnight in Reims outbound and St Quentin inbound. Hotel Kertess is on a hill to the west of the town. The hill is steep but has numerous places to rest for those not as fit as they used to be. However, the Shearings driver usually... more

Kertess was very clean and comfortable. Staff very obliging snd helpful. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and plentiful - the salad buffet made the evening meal. Bar area had a lovely view and was nice and relaxing. We hardly used the courtesy bus as the walk up the... more
