We have just returned from the Corona Opera Hotel in Paris after a weeks Break there.The Hotel is set down a small and VERY quite private sidestreet off of one of the main Paris "Boulevards"(Hausemann) in the 9th arrondisement,just a two minute stroll from the metro(Grands Boulevards).The room was as good as can be expected from a 3* property,not the biggest but it was somewhere comfortable to stay.The Staff were very polite and very helpful,and the Rooms were kept clean.The only criticism was the fact that i ended up naming the Hotel Lift "The Coffin"...tiny being a word to best describe it,room for two people OR one Person and a Suitcase and thats it.Other than the Lift experience we had a great week and would definately use this Hotel again on our next visit to Paris.Having said about the Lift i think it fair to point out that the Building is very old and very Parisian with a small spiral Staircase....probably the reason why a larger Lift has never been installed.All in all a nice little Hotel close to all the major sights and several very good Restaurants.
