Comments:  We've just returned from the Pavlo Napa hotel and I'm already looking to book for next year. This hotel is brilliant the food is first class the entertainment for the kids is great (We have 3 children and we hardly saw the eldest for 2 weeks) Peter Paul and Cassie of the animation team do a great job looking after the kids. Our room was alittle on the small side but wasn't to bothered as we only got ready to go out and sleep in it and it was always kept lovely and clean fresh bedding and towels every day. The choices of food are excellent. The food is always hot and it is not left sitting on the side to go dry and horrible. One night we had a full carvery, choices of every meat and veg going. This hotel is in just the right place if you are a family, we had a walk into Ayia Napa one night and it took us about 45 minutes so you are definately not in the heart of the night life. We stayed in the main hotel but there is annex which I think might be alittle noisy as it is across the road from a theme pub. All in all this hotel is definately worth a visit.

Comments:  Cheaper alternative to go AI. Cyprus is very expensive. Food was OK, always chips to eat.
There is only the beach restaurant to eat from on the afternoon, ALWAYS the same food, menu, soup and salad bar to choose from but very repeatitive. The main restaurant for breakfast and evening meal. Breakfast is the best meal of the day. We were originally placed in a noisy room on the roadside, opposite the pubs in the new separate part of the hotel. We arrived at 2am Mon, and could not change rooms at that time. We went in the morning, but were told that there were no rooms in the main hotel until Wed, so we just stayed in that room and were moved no bother on Wed. Entertainment is very naff, although speaking to parents in the hotel, said that the kids loved the kids club, but the disco looked rubbish for kids over 8 years old, very babyish.
Rooms have no hairdryer or kettle. The TV channels have a movie channel in English with Greek subtitles.
This hotel was OK, nice pool area, always sun beds and pool has a jacuzzi in it. There was water aerobics and water polo, the same time, the same thing every day. The pool bar is handy and the Jerry the bartender very nice. The beach at the bottom of the hotel is lovely, but you have to pay for the sun beds and umbrella's.
I don't think I would go back to this hotel or to Cyprus.
If you walk into Ayia Napa, about 30 minute walk, 8 euro in a taxi, there is a lovely Polynesian restaurant on the main street opposite burger king, upstairs.

Comments:  nice friendly hotal, but i would only consider this as a good 3 star hotal (not 4)
food was good, and if you have kids they have the options of having chips at every meal.
kids entertainers (peter and paul) very good, and a little crazy, and the kids loved them.
unable to smoke in the hotal lobby or bar, they have a smoking tent out side the bar area.
rooms were clean, and comfortable.
pack lunches not really worth having unless you like cucumbers.
entertainment at night was good, qnd unlike any other all inclusive i have stayed at, you had to pay for your drinks after 12.00 (which are expensive).
so its best to order a few in just before 12.00.
indoor swimmimg pool very nice but not open on a sunday (why).
The laundry is tucked away behind the counter next to the indoor pool, one washing machine and one dryer for a large hotal. (not enough).
but all in all we had a good holiday and met some nice people. Would i go to this hotal again....... yes, i think i might

Comments:  We have been home a week and I am already planning my return to this hotel. I thought it was fantastic! My parents stayed at the Pavlo Napa last year so they recommended it to me and my fiancé, we were also talking about our wedding and where better to have it.

My mum spoke to the manager while she was over there and he told us to email the hotel direct with arrangements for our wedding, so of course I did. When we arrived we immediately felt at home. I requested to be put in the annex because I was told that the rooms were bigger and that is what we got. It was clean, tidy and we received a basket of fresh fruit and some lovely red wine on our arrival. Everything about this hotel was lovely, all the staff are friendly and always willing to help.

The location of this hotel is spot on. The pool area was lovely and clean, every morning the maids are downstairs near the pool hosing everything down. At breakfast, lunch and dinner there was always a huge selection of food and it was all GORGEOUS, and throughout the 2 weeks we tried everything there was on the menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our wedding day was beautiful, I wasn't stressed at all because everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be definitely going back there next year for our 1 year anniversary. Thank you to all the staff at the Pavlo Napa for making my wedding/ holiday absolutely fantastic! :)

Comments:  The hotel was overbooked when we arrived so we were moved to another hotel for 2 nights which was unfortunate, but when we returned to the Pavlonapa we were upgraded from Bed & Breakfast to all inclusive which saved us a lot of money! We were also upgraded to a sea view room which had a loveley balcony over looking the pool and beach.

The room was pleasant and clean, but fairly basic. The food was to a good standard-the bar snacks were better than the evening buffet which was fairly standard. The staff were all lovely, and extremely helpful.

The outside pool was clean and there were plenty of sun loungers, there is a decent sized kids pool and a nice waterfall in the adults pool. The indoor pool was fairly grotty but with the tempertures in Cyprus you don't really need to go there.

The hotel was quite far out from the centre of Aiya Napa-the walk into town was fine but the walk back seemed very long!!

Ask the barman to make you cocktails-you will get some pleasant and highlky alcoholic cocktails!!

All in all we enjoyed our stay here a lot and would go back!

Comments:  I have just got back from a lovely fortnight at the Pavlov Napa Hotel. My family and I had a great time. The hotel is lovely and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were quite small that’s the only downfall. Had a gorgeous view looking across Agia Napa.

Make sure you request to be in the Main Hotel. In the annex you are backing on to the nightclubs so very noisy at night. The hotel is great for families. As for the entertainment that is run by the Animation Team which consists of Paul, Kriss, Danny and Peter. They are very good with the kids. The daily activities are great for kids and adults. There is killer pool for kids and adults. It is a great location right on Sandy Bay Beach. Nissi Beach is only a short walk away. The food is great there's something for everyone.

Overall I would recommend this hotel. I had a great time. Hope this has answered any of your questions you might have!

Comments:  We have just returned from our 3rd visit to this fantastic hotel and are booking again for next year.

The location on the beach, the extremely friendly and helpful staff and the excellent choice of food make this an ideal holiday for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids).

Lots of organised activities and entertainment for adults and kids - the animation team could not have been nicer!

Comments:  We have never been on such an amazing holiday, this was our second holiday here and we loved every second. People write such harsh things about this hotel and none of it is true, yes if you get the wrong room you end up over a karaoke bar but that can be sorted all you have to do is ask the very, very friendly staff and they will put you in another room.

As I said the staff are unbelievably friendly, they cant do enough for you, the food is delicious and always a great variety on evenings. The day time entertainment had been dramatically improved, and there is now so much to do, night time entertainment is better but needs work.

The pool is immaculate with it's own jacuzzi, lovely for adults and kids, with water-aerobics going on in a morning for everyone, great fun. There are both tennis courts which are clean and very fun and the hotel has it's own astro turf football pitch, which is brilliant for the kids and definitely needs to stay but needs a dramatic modernisation as the pitch is ripped in places.

The children will always love this holiday because so many other kids go, so there is always friends to be made and the same for adults. A bit of advice if you go to this hotel the all inclusive basis is the best option because you have everything there for you. I must congratulate the hotel on it's small but very important changes and hope that everyone who reads this review at least looks into this hotel and hopefully goes on holiday there because I know people who have been going 6 years or more to the hotel that is how good it is!

Comments:  Not having a moan but may spare someone else. beach and weather very good.

Hotel definitely not 4 star more like 2 to3, did not get a good feeling on arrival. Room smelt of urine at certain times. Air con poor and looked like someone had been sick and it had not been wiped off skirting boards and door frame but left to dry. I don't think this hotel is for couples.

Staff did what they had to do, tips made a bit of a difference. Information about hotel and facilities not very forthcomingm, asked earlier in the week about room availability because of late flight said they would get back to us never did ended up getting showered in staff shower room with staff in and out every few minutes could go on and on but wont.

If you hear a series of explosions in the morning don't worry its only the pool man mixing the wrong chemicals together. Overall Cyprus lovely island. Pavlo Nappa hotel poor and you guessed will not be going back.

Comments:  My family and I have just returned from a 2 week break to the Pavlo Napa Hotel in Ayia Napa, Cyprus. The hotel is situated on Sandy Bay, approx 15 minutes walk from Nissi Beach.

The location was excellent as we were approx 25 minutes walk from the town of Ayia Napa which meant that we were not subjected to the noise of the lively night life in the town.

The food was to a high standard and the hotel was lovely. Accommodation was pretty basic as we were in a family room which was quite small.

There were plenty of day time activities for the adults and older children, i.e. water polo, water aerobics, darts, pool, etc. The evening entertainment was more suited to adults as there were international singers, dancers, etc.

The only negative aspect of the hotel was that it advertises a Kids Club which was our reason for booking. However, there is no kids club in this hotel and with the scorching heat in Cyprus at this time of year this was a major disappointment to our kids.

Comments:  The Pavlo Napa is a great hotel. We, as a family have been there over 5 times now and we try and go back to Ayia Napa and stay in this hotel once a year.

Its perfect for a week away - if you want the clubbing scene the walk isnt too much. The hotel is situated right on the beach, staff are so friendly, food is 100% and definitely cater for all.

Rooms are very clean, they host a gym, sauna, indoor swimming pool too which is all free to all inclusive guests.

We love it and think its great.

Comments:  What a fantastic holiday! This was our first visit to this hotel but not to Ayia Napa where we had previously holidayed at the Adams beach hotel for the past 5 years. I cannot fault the hotel or the staff who were attentive and courteous at all times. The animation team were fab and encouraged us to join in with the activities which were fun and family orientated.

The location was excellent and near enough to take a leisurely stroll to the centre however with the excellent food choices on offer and inclusive drinks I didn’t venture far. The karaoke bars opposite the hotel were also fun and entertaining if we fancied a change.

I holidayed with my husband and 8 year old daughter who both also thoroughly enjoyed it, we go back again in May 2008 and will be staying there with my grown up daughter and her husband and 2 other friends, all of whom have stayed at the Adams beach previously. I know they will enjoy this lovely, friendly, value for money hotel.

Comments:  We have just came back from a fortnight in the Pavlo Napa and we are seriously considering going back later this year! It was our first time in Cyprus.

Five of us went as a family (my wife and I, child and the grandparents) and we all agreed it was the best holiday abroad we have had.

The hotel is spotless throughout, the quality and variety of food is spot on. The location of the hotel is also good-right on the beach and surrounded by great tavernas if you fancy a change. Its about 15 minutes walk from the busier part of Ayia Napa so its suited to family's with young kids or people who want a livelier holiday but not right on the doorstep.

We couldn't believe how friendly the staff were - we were shocked at first, they couldn't do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble!

The hotel kids club were really good though they were excellent with all the kids (even the grown up ones!)

It doesn't matter if its family's or couples or whatever its a hotel for everyone and we will definitely be back!
